The hotel is very old, the rooms are dark and humid. It is so humid you feel the bed and your clothes wet. When waking up you hair looks like it was steamed during the night. A bad experience. I do not recommend it.

I was there a night when it was cold. I wanted to try to warm myself but the heat does not work in the hotel . I switched to another room and still , no heat. I would suggest fixing your heaters and thermostats to actually work one day , because Florida does get cold in the late fall to winter months

Location was Great to the Orange Co. Convention Center. Would have given everything an Excellent except I had asked for no housekeeping and that was not handled. The staff were very friendly and well trained in customer service.

Clean room, great AC. The hallways look a little rough but the lobby was clearly recently renovated and so are the rooms. The rooms didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave which kind of sucked. Additionally there always wasn’t enough lighting?
