Great stay! Spent three nights and never had to move the truck! Staff was smiling, professional and helpful. Everyone from front desk, breakfast staff, house keeping and just random staff in hallway greeted and smiled. Great location beside ICON park. Plenty of food within walking distance. Entire hotel was very clean. These folks know what customer service means! We will not only be back but will be recommending to our friends and business associates?

The staff here was fantastic and they helped us out even beyond our stay, which was wildly helpful when our travel plans got a bit wonky. The front desk staff and kitchen staff were especially friendly and helpful. Thank you! -spider-man

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Marriott and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I felt compelled to bring these issues to your attention, as they significantly impacted my stay. Firstly, I paid for parking upfront, only to arrive and find no available spaces. I was forced to drive to another lot and pay again, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. This was not the level of service I expected. Additionally, my room had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The bathtub did not drain properly, and the bathroom tiles were visibly dirty and sticky. These conditions made my stay uncomfortable and raised concerns about overall hygiene standards. One of the most frustrating experiences was the non-functional phone in my room. I reported this issue immediately, and while someone came to fix it, the phone still did not work. As a result, I missed my shuttle by just two minutes because the front desk was calling a phone that did not function. This forced me to take an Uber, incurring an additional expense that could have been avoided if the phone had been properly repaired. Overall, my experience did not meet the standards I expect from Marriott properties. I would appreciate a response addressing these concerns and how you plan to prevent similar issues for future guests. Additionally, I would like to discuss possible compensation for the inconvenience I endured. I look forward to your prompt response.

Refrigerator and work in the room and the air conditioner leaked and so the carpet would be very damp didn’t get fixed and no one seemed to care. Complained about it twice. The one bright spot was the breakfast team so they were very helpful and on top of things that area was kept very clean and they were very helpful
