This is a top of the range villa in the best location of Windsor Hills Kissimmee, a beautifully landscaped resort community of pristine homes within a 24 hour guarded and gated entrance. The resort boasts the best facilities in the area. The villa is all you have ever dreamed of, for your vacation of a lifetime! And when you are ready to experience Disney World, the gates are just minutes away!!

This beautifully situated resort home has access to five star amenities including tennis & volley ball courts, waterslides, splash pads & a resort style walk-in pool. The Clubhouse has a Movie theatre style entertainment room with complimentary daily movies. There are Concession stores with hot snacks, cold drinks and ice-cream and the groceries you may need upon arrival. The fitness room is state of the art and has two TVs for your pleasure. New release movie rentals are available in clubhouse as well.

All that, before you even enter the superb home itself......!

On the main floor of the home there are two comfortable living room areas, nicely furnished and with ample seating on the luxurious sofas. The home has one queen size bedroom on the ground floor, with full bathroom adjacent. Upstairs you have an enormous hallway with bedrooms tucked away in each corner of the house for maximum privacy. There are 2 king sized bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms, along with a further King size bedroom. There are two children’s rooms. One room has two twins in calm pastel shades, the other has two sets of bunk beds with Disney movie themes including Transformers, Cars, Toy Story, Spider man and How to Tame a Dragon. A large family bathroom with double vanity, private WC and separate shower-over-bath round of the upstairs accommodation. The bedrooms are all equipped with new flat screen TVs, all with a full cable TV service, and “smart” streaming capabilities.

And of course, high-speed wi-fi throughout the home - for no additional charge!!

The main living room has a 50" plasma TV with DVD player, stereo and CD player. The bright and airy kitchen has been refitted, with new granite countertops and black stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped as is the rest of the home and overlooks the large pool deck area. There is a formal dining area as well as a breakfast table area. The family living room has new leather sofas and the house has 6 new pillow-top beds for your sleeping pleasure.

There is a separate utility room housing an oversized washing machine and dryer. This spectacular Orlando villa also has a games room on the ground floor boasting a pool table, and an air hockey table, lounging area, & pub table.

You won't believe just how close you are to the Disney Parks - they are less than 10 minutes drive away. And even less to US highway 192, where an abundance of dining, shopping and minor attractions can be experienced.

Great family get away

We loved the home and our large family felt so comfortable. The home was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities that you could want/need. The home was in fantastic location with Disney, dining and shopping all within 10 minutes from the front door! Our family could not have enjoyed our stay anymore than we did.

Excellent spot for Disney vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was beautiful and comfortable for the adults and kids. The kids had so much fun in the pool. The house is also setup up well for families with plastic options for plates and cups as well as utensils for little ones. Daniel provided all the information we needed for a seamless stay and responded quickly when I realized I needed the pool heated. The location was great for us because it was really easy to get to the parks from the house. Also, the neighborhood was lovely. I would highly recommend renting this house!

Great family trip in a fantastic location

The communication with David was top notch even as we added some additional family last minute. The location was convenient to several key areas including grocery, restaurants and the theme parks. There was extra amenities for t huh e kids, which was a welcome surprise and helped make our stay even easier for our extended group. We stayed 12 days but wish we would have done a bit more. Hopefully next time.

The property was much bigger than expected. The pictures didn't do it justice. We were extremely happy with the property and amenities. If anyone is looking for a place to stay in the Kissimmee area that is close to the Disney parks, I highly recommend this property. If I could have given 10 stars, I would have.

This property is an ideal location if you don’t stay within Disney property. House accommodated our family of 8. Pool, spa and outdoor grill were a plus. Upstairs bedrooms were very spacious, but the downstairs bedroom with a queen bed was cramped and uncomfortable. The kitchen lacked enough plastic ware for using by the pool. The windows, screens, grill and outdoor table need a good cleaning.

GREAT PROPERTY

Such an amazing property. Had everything that we needed and more. David was wonderful, he always answered our questions quickly. The only negative was the living room furniture (next to the kitchen) was uncomfortable to me (I'm 6 foot and it's kind of low to the floor,) padding seemed worn out, but once again this wasn't a big deal. If I had to rent again in Orlando I would rent this home again. Even though I didn't go to Disney World, it was like right down the road. I feel like I was at home. The Home stayed cool at the desired temperature that they asked us to keep it at. There were ceiling fans throughout the home. I can't say enough about this property. You will not be disappointed in this property. 5 stars.

Best experience ever

Property was exactly as represented. No surprises. They provided things I didn't even think of such as highchairs, booster seats, toys for young children. Even though we didn't need them I thought it was thoughtful to include them. We were able to just relax and enjoy our vacation together as a family instead of being split over several hotel rooms. It was great to prepare meals together instead of eating out. Just a wonderful experience all around. Our host was courteous and responded to all our inquiries quickly. Would definitely rent from them again should the occasion arise.

Dream Stay!

Our stay at this house was amazing to say the least! The house was very clean and immaculate. Absolutely incredible house, pool & hot tub located in a very safe gated community. The community has it’s own water park, small gym, game room and small shop for things around the house. Before we left I asked my family if we would stay there again and without hesitation everyone said YES! Thank you for the hospitality!

First time renting a house and wow I will never travel any other way! This house is amazing and close to everything. The house is so clean and equipped with everything that you need for your stay and more! Commutation is great with the owners. I had a couple questions while I was staying and they are always super fast in responding and so helpful. I am already looking at dates for 2022 to book in this same house!!

Fantastic Home, Fantastic Vacation!

Our Family of 12 stayed in this home. Our 6 kids and their significant others and 1 grandchild. This home was perfect and met everything we needed to have an awesome vacation in Florida. The location was great and the gated community had a beautiful pool and water park for the kids. Overall a great place and would definitely stay again!

This house is clean and well cared for. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of towels for everyone staying in the house. Pool was enjoyable to use. Some way to cool the garage other than fans would be good, could not use game tables due to the heat. Overall, a good house!

Our stay at Windsor Hill’s Resort was fantastic!

Pros: The property was very accommodating to my family. Everyone slept comfortably. The home had all the expected normal household appliances(i.e. cookware, silverware, keurig, etc.). In addition, it was also equipped with a baby bassinet/crib, toys, pool accessories, etc. The home was clean and well kept. The pictures provided online are accurate. The neighborhood is quiet. The recreation center provided additional activities for family fun. We have rented properties through DisneyVillas2Go three times in the past few years. We always choose to go back with their company because the process of booking is effortless and their customer service is excellent! Daniel and David have always been very accommodating. They are easy to reach via email or by phone. The location of the property is ideal to supermarkets, department stores, and entertainment. Cons: The home has one bedroom downstairs and the remaining bedrooms were upstairs. Overall, we will continue to use DisneyVillas2Go for our future Orlando vacations!
