Disliked: Cleanliness
Good: Overall staff service was good. Room was spacious for two adults and three children (1-4-8). Breakfast choices are plentiful. Great: 10 minutes from Disney Hollywood Studios; five minutes from Walmart where we bought Disney merchandise at a significant savings. Problems: Paying for parking; no one cleaned our room the entire stay.

Rooms were clean, the amenities including compliments snacks and drinks were a big hit. We loved the free breakfast downstairs. The icee machine in the gift shop was a big hit for our kids too! The laundry room was clean and super handy! Overall, we had an amazing stay!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very welcoming. The breakfast was GREAT! So many options, and everything was well stocked and delicious! Definitely worth the money. We added to our list of “go-to” for any trip to Orlando!
