The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.

I did not get to enjoy the stay that I made reservations for. The host canceled my reservations 1 hour before check in. My guest was entire to the home from North Carolina. Another first was there from Alabama. It was a total nightmare. We had to book a hotel room and other plans due to not have a place to stay due to not having any extra money.

STAY AWAY!!! This host will add LAST MINUTE fees just days away before your check in date. The host is also not very responsive. This was the absolute worst experience in my entire life with booking a vacation home.

2 days before check-in host sent a 750 additional bill for amenities/fees supposedly. There was only 1 towel per bathroom, 2 additional beach towels located but we had to go buy 10 towels for all of us, we never did get the grill we requested. Walls were dirty, chipped & scuffed. Torn accent pillows, air duct vents FULL of lint & grime. No extra blankets, parts of house freezing cold, other areas very hot especially in bedrooms. Pool sticks had no tips, ice maker in fridge made a small amount of ice each day. Light fixtures falling from ceiling in some areas, water filter in fridge over due. Security at gate rude rude rude. mandatory 100/day heat charge for pool EVEN THOUGH its 100 in FL right now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE !!!

The home is beautiful, spacious, and check-in was smooth. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by numerous maintenance issues and a complete lack of communication from the owner after we arrived. We reached out several times to document pre-existing damage and request help, but never received a response.The listing also contains inaccuracies. It states both upstairs king bedrooms have private bathrooms, but one private bath is actually connected to the double queen room. It also advertises TVs in every bedroom, but two bedrooms had none. For a home that sleeps 25 with a pool, there were only about six towels, so we had to purchase additional ones and leave them behind.The pool was dirty, the skimmer was broken, and after waiting for assistance, we purchased a replacement ourselves. We also found broken furniture, a broken foosball table, a pool table missing the 8-ball, hanging light fixtures, and other maintenance concerns. Sadly, my elderly mother was injured when a damaged chair collapsed beneath her.We understand that previous guests can cause damage, but routine inspections before new arrivals are essential. Had the owner simply acknowledged our concerns and communicated with us, this review would likely have been very different.
