✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n’ Play/travel crib, high chair, stroller, and baby safety gates, available for rent/upon request. The amenities are subject to change and no assurance is made that all described items will be available in the villa.

✹ NO SMOKING: Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside the home.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door. You will be provided with a unique
code for the lock.
✹ The pool and spa can be heated for your comfort. A small additional fee of $40/night is applicable.
Please advise us in advance if heating will be required during your stay.
✹ All of our TVs are streaming-ready. You will need your own logins to access the services. All TVs
have cable.
✹ Emerald Island Resort requires separate gate registration. Contact information is required for
registration. A resort fee of $20 is charged per vehicle per stay. This is paid directly to the Resort and
is separate from the owner’s fees. Please note that a maximum of 6 vehicles are permitted per home.
If guest has not vehicles, the resort will charge a minimum fee of $20 per stay.
✹Important: Upon reserving the home, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-
party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental
