New flooring added June 2023. Fabulous 3,030 sq ft two storey villa. Entering, you are in the first of three lounge areas. Beautifully furnished, it is the ideal place to sit and relax, perhaps read a book. This room leads through to the family room which has a comfortable sectional sofa perfectly placed to view the 42' plasma television, complete with home theatre, which features surround sound and blue ray dvd player. Here you will also find a selection of dvds, books and board games. The third lounge area is upstairs and includes an x box one game console and games, a TV and dvd player.

Kitchen: The striking kitchen with its cherry wood units and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. There is even a built-in wine rack. It also includes a fridge freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, built-in fan assisted oven, halogen hob, extractor fan, integrated microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender and waste disposal unit. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with large washer and dryer, iron and ironing table.

Dining: All your dining needs are catered for at Summer Wood whether for a quick breakfast before you head off to the theme parks, golf course or shopping malls for the day, a snack lunch or a four course dinner. For the latter there is a beautiful wood and tile six seater dining table in the dining area in the first lounge. For more casual options, you can use the breakfast bar and stools or the table and chairs in the dining nook in the kitchen. For al fresco meals, there is a patio table and chairs on the pool deck. A highchair is provided for babies and toddlers.

Bedrooms: Our master suite really has the wow factor. With a magnificent, sumptuous American kingsize bed beautifully dressed with a luxury bed set, deluxe chaise longue and beautiful dark wood furniture, is is the perfect retreat for a great night's sleep. It has its own en-suite bathroom and dressing room, flatscreen TV , electric alarm clock and remote controlled ceiling fan and lighting. Two queen rooms, one downstairs with adjacent bathroom, and two twin rooms complete the bedrooms. A travel cot is available for babies.

Bathrooms: There are three bathrooms. The master en suite has a huge walk-in shower, mirrored vanity unit and hair dryer. The two other bathrooms, one on the lower level, both have soak tubs with overhead showers, mirrored vanity units and hairdryer.

Games Room: Our games room has a spectacular 8ft slate bed pool table, full-size table tennis table, fussball table and a competition standard bristle dart board encased in an oak cabinet with both traditional chalkboard and electronic scoring. Stools are provided for spectating or relaxing between shots and there is a cooling ceiling fan.

Pool: Relax around our beautiful secluded south-facing 8x4m swimming pool with an attractive waterfall feature. Alternatively, relax in our fabulous freestanding hot tub with colour changing underwater light. The hot tub sits under cover and is, therefore, able to be used when it rains, unlike the spas integrated in pools, and is screened at the side by a privacy blind. Our spacious pool deck is fully furnished with dining table and chairs, cushioned recliners and occasional tables. If the heat of the Florida sun gets too much, seek shelter on our covered patio with its cooling ceiling fans. For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, there is an electric barbeque grill. Pool towels are provided. If you have young children in your party, you will be reassured by the pool safety fence and pool alarm.

Internet Access: The villa has complimentary wi-fi, cable television and free telephone calls throughout the US and Canada. It is fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans and has a full security system.
