They stole our deposit even though they said nothing was damaged, but as a fee for the FREE wifi and complimentary breakfast. Luckily Expedia refunded this since we booked and paid through them. Hotel price is cheap so you get what you pay for which is small room with bad sound insulation. You can hear people talking next door and their dog barking. Housekeeping was done once every two days. Wi-Fi doesn’t work for the most of our stay. Breakfast was decent. You get vending machine coffee and some toasts, muffins, yoghurt and fruits. Bed was very comfortable. I hope this honest review helps future guests make an informed decision.

We found roaches in the room, it was suppose to be a somoe free location, but many people were smoking at the breakfast area outdoor benches. Staff was so nice to solve our inquiries, breakfast has not many options.

The majority of the staff with the exception of a lady housekeeper who was nice and one gentlemen at the counter who was indifferent all others were rude and it appeared as to be inconvenienced at questions or even small requests. The room seemed unkept and the door was not sealed all the way you could hear everything going on outside. Difficult to sleep of course. This part I have to understand after all its in the lower priced section. But the lack of hospitality is not ok if that's your industry.

Additional "Resort fee" amount charged, no where it mentioned while booking. The breakfast quality did not meet expectations. The selection was very limited and not properly maintained. Frozen, pre-boiled eggs were provided rather than freshly prepared items. The variety of bread and other breakfast options was minimal, and fruit items were refilled very infrequently, often leaving the selection unavailable

We got in late (2am) and no one was at the front desk for like 30 mins. But as soon as he got there we checked in. It went by so smooth. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us our breakfast token and room key. The breakfast was okay it wasn’t spectacular or anything special but there was food and the staff kept the area clean. We also had our service dog and they were really accommodating to us. Would definitely stay again.
