Best Spot in Downtown Orlando

What a wonderful place to stay! To start, the check in process was so nice as the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Then when you look around the lobby, you see how modern and unique it is. With a nice lounging area with a big Tv to a nice dine in spot by the bistro. Then the rooms themself are so clean and comfortable with a great balcony where you can enjoy the morning sunshine. This hotel also offers free shuttle rides to go anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel which is a great service. Highly recommend!

The cleanliness of the room was fantastic, and I appreciated how hot the food was when it was served! I also enjoyed the balcony in my room. The only thing that stopped me from rating this property five stars was I only had one working outlet in the room (outside of the bathroom, the bathroom outlet was fine) so it was a struggle to charge my electronics. The other outlets and USB outlets were not working. I was in room 304.

Great hotel

Great location to downtown. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The Bistro had okay food and the drinks were excellent including Starbucks in the morning. There's a shuttle that will take you to the Kia Center but we didn't use it. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel. Our second time here and would stay again. Staff was excellent and good location for downtown Orlando (my brother lives nearby in College Park). The little bistro in the lobby was surprisingly good for breakfast, and converted to an appetizers and drinks bar at night. Nothing fancy but super convenient and reasonable.
