Everything was amazing! The check-in process was incredibly easy, and the friendly front desk staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I had the pleasure of meeting JJ, who was exceptional and truly a gem to the Marriott staff. JJ provided clear and straightforward instructions on how to use the courtesy shuttle, which was a huge help. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay. The room was clean, updated, and incredibly comfortable.

My go to hotel when visiting downtown Orlando

I stay at this hotel anytime I go to an event at the Kia Center because of the convenient location, but also extremely pleasant staff. This hotel is always extremely clean and very comfortable. I’m not sure I understand the early pre-check-in process link that I receive when I stay at this hotel because it does not speed up the process.
