DON'T STAY HERE!!
This hotel is in a state of disrepair. Our room smelled like a wet dog from the moment we walked in. Our sink spout was not attached to the counter, it made use very difficult. The water pressure was nonexistent and if there was hot water our shower was not hooked to it. Our hair dryer would not run more than a second without tripping the fuse making it useless. One of the light bulbs in the bathroom was burnt out. So putting makeup on was difficult.
One of the main reasons we selected this hotel was that it had bunk beds and a second tv for the kids to use. Our room did not have a second tv the place on the wall where the tv was mounted was just wires.
Our room was on the first floor and had a window to the pool, this would have been fine had our curtains closed in a way that would allow us to not be visible from the pool. We had to rotate who changed clothes in the restroom if people were at the pool.
I would have said something to the desk staff if I had thought it would help, but upon check-in the staff member who greeted me made clear she was not to be spoken to. She was rude to me and the other guest who came to the front desk.
Our toilet got clogged/backed up for what seemed to be no reason. We called the desk and waited 4 hours after they told us someone would be there to check on it. We had to physically go to the desk and ask, then it took them 30 more minutes to arrive and fix the issue.
The shuttle that is advertised to the parks is a lie. & so more!
