Facility was clean. Hotel needs a renovation. It is pretty shabby. The pool was gross and I was really looking forward to enjoying it. There was algae on the sides of the pool and a bunch of big dead red centipedes and other bugs in the bottom of the pool. It needed cleaning. Pool chairs were ripped and dirty

There was mold everywhere when I walked out of the elevator to my floor there were 3 buckets with an active leak in which the ceiling had visible mold. When I walked into my room it smelled like walking into an indoor pool minus the chlorine

The pictures listed are definitely old. The lobby was clean and inviting except for the portable ACs plugged in in several places. 1 of the 3 elevators was broken for 2.5 days we were there. The rooms are out dated. We booked the family suite with 2 queen beds and bunk beds. 1 of the queen beds was so worn down and soft it was like You were just sleeping on the springs and it creeks loudly every time you move, disturbing the rest of the room. The other queen bed was firm and just ok in comfortability.The sheets and blankets were stiff and not comfortable. The bunks also had very thin mattresses that creek every time you move. There is also no AC vent or fan in the bunk area so the kids were sweating. Room has a moldy musty smell even though I did not visibly see mold. There were also baby roach bugs crawling under the bed. The bathroom was very small and had no fan to vent in there. Toilet paper so cheap it ripped every time you tried to use it. The breakfast was as expected for hotel breakfast flavorless but hot and fresh. Coffee tasted like water. The pool area is run down and not taken care of, the ripped worn down fence around the pool makes it look terrible. The hot tub did not get hot and is extremely small. There is a hut where it looks like they used to sell snacks and drinks but now it’s just run down and not used. It’s a shame because it’s a huge pool and has the potential to be beautiful if they kept up with it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was nice and cozy. Showers were nice and hot, and the room had good ac. The building was nice and the breakfast was great. I love the area, there are plenty of things to do. Everyone was nice. I had a great time at the hotel.
