It is located in Emerald Island a gated resort community that is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney and restaurants.
The home consists of 1 KING bed with an attached bathroom,
1 QUEEN bedroom with attached bath,
1 Kids bedroom with 1 twin and 1 bunk bed and Living Room with a sleeper sofa.
The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa.
The home has in-home laundry (washer-dryer). Very close to the pool.
Cable and flat-screen TVs included.WIFI and High-Speed internet. HOA does levy a one-time access charge of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/cab etc.)- to be paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.
The kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group.
Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

Perfect in every way

Location is perfect! Literally right next to the parks, Walmart, and plenty of other businesses. Home was very clean and the process to check in was a breeze. I will definitely recommend to family and friends and will also be staying here again in the future.

We enjoyed staying here. Home is in gated community, well kept and the property manager Manny was very professional and quick to respond to every question that I had. I highly recommend this home and i look forward to staying there again.

The only good thing about the property is the good location if you are visiting the Disney Parks and Emerald Island itself, that is super nice and quiet Regarding the house, there were not enough chairs and cups…we had to claim them. It took 48hs to resolve it after a couple of mails. We were 6 people, 4 chairs, 5 cups (1 of them broken)

Perfect arrangements for our time in Orlando. The unit was ready when we arrived. Hasslefree entry. And the unit manager let us know exactly what we needed before we arrived. He also checked in with us while we were there!
