Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.

No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.

Truly enjoyed this condo. Loved having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms for my family of 4. Extremely easy check in and check out process. Excellent communication! Great place near Disney. Loved paying reasonable hotel price for a 2 bedroom condo. Roku TV’s worked well too. Highly recommend!

Great trip! The host is Very responsive. The room was located on an upper floor but the elevator was close for convenience and a VERY short walk from the parking lot. Overall the room met our needs and was fair for the price point. Didn’t use any of the amenities so I can’t comment on those, as we spent all our time in the parks. Average time to the parks with traffic was 15-20 minutes but the mileage was accurate in the description. We were also there during the holidays which I think made traffic a lot heavier. Lots to eat nearby!
