One of the days, we were told the hotel ran out of clean towels. Another morning when we requested the room be cleaned, we were told it required 24hrs notice. Bed linens on both beds had holes in them, mold on the AC unit vent. Property was extremely convenient to Disney Springs, Disney Parks, Universal parks and a multitude of shopping options. Kitchen area was nice. Staff was polite. Worth it if you have a family/group & are willing to overlook potentially getting tattered linens & possibly cleaning a bit when you get in.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Rooms were pretty spacious and very clean. For me personally they’re a little outdated but clean none the less. It was great for the money paid. I would most definitely stay there again.
