The property is large and accommodating for the max allowed of people (12). Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Beds are comfy enough. It’s located about a 30 minute drive from Universal. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants. Downfall, you have to bring in your own toilet paper, trash bags. My stay: The utility closet had a colony of ants eating from leftover Chinese food. I discovered this when we got there. Also, the people before us, did not leave their trash inside bags so it wasn’t picked up. Throughout the week, we noticed the trash outside of the bin (wild life) and we had to pick it up because the bin is right out the front door. Also, terrible smell. My nephew cut his foot from a nail sticking out of the master rooms carpet. There are signs that state the number of dishes they have but the dishes were not adding up so I had to contact them and they confirmed there were dishes missing. They didn’t clean the pool for our stay. It was filthy! They sent someone over the next day and they left a skimmer for future use. Above all, are very responsive to your calls and emails and are courteous.
