This was the perfect house for my family's trip to Disney World. Very close to the parks and the house is spacious and very clean. My kids loved the Frozen and Star Wars rooms and the game room. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of extra blankets and towels for everyone. The pool heat worked great, but the pool was cloudy. Apparently the pump stopped working during our stay.

The host was very responsive. The house was exactly as advertised, clean, and perfect for a large family on vacation. Drive to/from parks were a bit longer than advertised, but it is nice to be away from the tourist areas. We could never figure out why the hot tub wouldn’t warm up. The pool was heated perfect.

Home was clean and inviting. The host was quick to respond when needed. There were minor issues but it didn't affect our stay and we were so busy running around that I didn't reach out (the single serving coffee pot was broken. It would take three to four tries to get a full cup of coffee. Also, I attempted to get water from the fridge and the line must have been clogged because it had a hard time coming out and then a bunch of black water came out. We didn't try to use it again.) Our biggest concern which I reached out about was the quality of the pool. It was extremely dirty with large black deposits on the bottom. The host was notified and she sent someone out to clean it the same day. Unfortunately, my daughters got in it later that day and their hair was damaged! I'm assuming chemicals were used but we were not notified that it shouldn't be used. My 11 year old was upset because her hair felt like unbrushable hay and was breaking off. After several hair washes over several days it got better. After that, we didn't use the pool again. Everything else about the house felt clean and we were able to feel relaxed in the house.

A great base for theme parks. Kitchen not as modern as the rest of the property but contains everything required. Clean inside on arrival. Weeds still around the pool but this did not affect us and pool itself was clean.

The house was beautiful and clean. Pool area definitely needed to be cleaned prior to check in. Outside of a lot of hair and other debris in the water, my kids found fake eyelashes on the ground next to the pool and a beer can in the filter. "Princess bathroom " also had issues with not having hot water which management was very responsive about when contacted

Very comfort stay

Property was ready for our arrival, clear and easy instructions on how to enter the community as well as arriving at the house. Size was very convenient. House provided the basic needs as stated, owner communication was good. Temperature of the house was very comfortable no discomfort with Temperature during the day or night. Really advise reading the handbook provided that goes into detail while staying at the property.

We killed 4 roaches by the stove the pool was not heated to the temperature that she told it was going to be the hot was not at the temperature it was supposed to be only one jet worked in the hot tub BUT THE ROACHES SUCH A PROBLEM!!

Poor stay

The beds and pillows were very hard and we woke up with pain everyday, one of the bedroom TV's was not working (voice very poor), hot water would run out after a few showers, AC was set high temp and upstairs tempature was hot, even after host turned down the AC. There was a floor fan in the room, apperatly the host knows about this problem, water was not draining from one of the tubs and a few roaches were present.the stay. Finally, expect to follow rulegalore.

Suited our needs and decently appointed with lots of space and activities. Grocery stores are close by. Neighborhood felt safe. Alarm system was intense. If you have small children I could see how this would be great.

There was a box covering the AC control and one of my family member went to change the temperature and a few minutes later I received a call that we could not touch the AC control. We understood it and apologized for it. Secondly, There were no pets allowed and we did not bring any to the house. However, unexpectively and without telling us that they were bringing two small dogs just for a visit because it was Thanksgiving night, two cousins came for dinner and immediately after, we received a text stating that if they do not leave the house immediately, we had to vacate the house. In summary, it felt like we were constantly watched. There is a cámara in front of the house..

Excellent property for the vacation

Myself and another family rented the 5 bedroom home for a vacation. Property was clean and well maintained. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and game room in the garage. Was close to Disney and many other restaurants and shopping.

The house was very nice. However, the trash cans were all full and stunk. Debris was in a pile in front of home for the whole week we were there where I assume workers left. Would be nice to have a pool gate instead of having to press alarm button every time to go in and out so the alarm doesn't constantly go off when opening the patio doors. This was the 1st place we've stayed at that requested linen be placed in washer & started as leaving and to have dishes cleaned and put back as it was when we arrived. We did pre-pay for host fees, cleaning/service fees. I would think that should cover these expenses. Usually we place all linens and towels in laundry room at other rentals we have stayed at. Overall the place is very nice and accommodated our family well.

Great for a large family

We travelled with a party of six adults and two children. This property was perfect for us. Plenty of space, a great pool area and a bonus games room in the garage. It was ideal for us to visit the theme parks and other local areas. Also close enough to visit family in the area. Would definitely book again. The layout of the house gave lots of areas to relax and all bedrooms were spacious.

Good location quick responses from manager. Note, not enough towels, we had to purchase. No regular coffee pot, we had to purchase. Not a rubber spatula in the house. Bar stools not usable for fear of breaking and falling. Apparently the owner knew this but refused to purchase new ones till after new year.
