Everything was so great! There were a few things that could have been a bit better. The walls were a bit dirty and the toilet seats probably need replacing but everything else was absolutely perfect!

Absolutely STUNNING

I can’t begin to summarize how AMAZING this property is. It truly felt like a home away from home. Beautifully decorated both for adults and the themed bedrooms were outstanding. My kids LOVED them. Onsite pool was a godsend to help decompress your joints after long days at Disney. Clubhouse waterpark was also VERY cool & only 2 min walk unlike other properties where you’d have to drive to the pool. The only CON I have about the whole trip has to do with a clubhouse rule and does not reflect this condo in ANY way. They do not allow personal water bottles or snacks (ie Stanleys/Yetis) inside the water park. They do offer glasses of water for free however it would be more convenient to have your own insulated supply of water that you could refill at your leisure. I understand they are trying to prevent outside alcohol from entering, but an empty bottle that could be filled once inside would be appreciated. Lots of amenities within 5-10 min drive. Disney was only 25 min.Very convenient to get to everything you need. Overall we LOVED this property and can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks for adding to an amazing family trip!

In dire need of a refresh - beware

My recent stay at this property was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The home was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was visible food and dirt on surfaces and trash left by previous guests. The furniture was worn out, uncomfortable and badly in need of replacement. The provided linens, like towels and sheets, were very thin and small and the starter toiletries, like toilet paper and paper towels, were paper thin. If you can’t provide decent products, why provide anything at all?On the plus side, the location was semi convenient, however, most days it took us in upwards of 20 minutes to get through gate security which was extremely frustrating at the end of a long day. The police were onsite several nights to direct/control traffic and impatient guests. Once through gate security, the check-in process was smooth. We did report this ongoing issue with the property management company, Blue Sky Villas, and they essentially took no responsibility for it nor did they try to offer any solutions. If we are renting a property within a community that has gate security issues, then the property management company should advocate for its guests. They had the attitude of “not my problem.”Although, the house was very dirty, the themed rooms were done well and very cute. I would strongly recommend a deep cleaning of all the carpets, update worn out rugs, furniture and cushions and certainly hire better gate security.

Stitch!!!!

My family and I stayed here because each room had something to offer for my family’s likes. The stitch themed room was amazing!!! The cow items were cute placed all around the house! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place 10/10, but a Bare Boned Rental

This rental company is AMAZING! Their staff goes above and beyond. I can’t speak highly enough on Alexis and her Blue Sky’s team. I would love to stay here again if I am ever in Orlando area. Pros: - great communication and property management - beautiful spacious home with generous size rooms - looks exactly like the photos - easy walk (around the corner) to the Windsor club house amenities - private pool at home to enjoy - plenty of towels and floaties - the pool at the house has its own outside toilet so you dont have to track water into the home to use the restroom. Cons: - Kitchen has NOTHING like not even salt or oil. Be prepared to purchase every seasoning if you’re going to cook. There are not even casserole dishes which made preparing meals for 10 people difficult. - Windsor club house amenities have a short opening window and will close are any sign of a storm. I appreciate the safety, but my family in July was not able to use the resort style pool much due to the weather. Luckily the home has its own pool :) - the housing community wasn’t very close to much. Everything was a 12+ minute drive other than a Publix and Applebees. Overall we would stay again! Just with those cons in mind for next time.

Amazing

This place was amazing!! The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. Very clan and cozy. The kids rooms are super cute! My grandsons slept in the Lilo and Stitch room and loved it. The pool at the clubhouse is beautiful. It feels like a mini Cancun when you walk into it. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to FL. Thank you for making our stay wonderful and easy!!

Whenever I look for a vacation rental I’m always careful to read reviews and do my research for the best value. I looked for a long time before I found this particular villa. I was impressed by the listing and pictures, but a little worried to book because the pictures looked “too good to be true” and there were very few reviews. Well, I am so happy to be leaving my review for anyone else that is similar to me in my search for the perfect vacation home. This home is exactly as pictured and BETTER. Beautiful new construction, spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished and decorated. Either the owner is an artist or hired an artist to paint the beautiful murals in the themed kids’ rooms and out in the pool area! Stunning work and such a fun touch! Their correspondence was very detailed and helpful. They were very straight forward in their emails and texts about the limited cleaning supplies and necessities. They did provide a small sample soaps, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper. We just took a quick trip to the store and picked up some extra things. All could be found at the dollar store and we barely spent $10! If you don’t want to shop for it when you get there, just bring some things from home - easy peasy. The pool was perfect. It was small, but just right for a little backyard fun. We paid for the heat - definitely recommend. It was like swimming in a big bathtub! The kids swam for hours and enjoyed a closet full of pool toys! Another great thing about the outdoor area was that there is a little private half bath right next to the outdoor seating area for the kids to change and use the restroom without having to trail water through the house. The clubhouse and resort pool was AMAZING! We were so impressed. Our kids spent forever in the lazy river which was so warm and relaxing. The hot tub was big and nice and hot. We enjoyed the poolside restaurant, hammocks, and my littlest kids loved to play in the sand. We all took our turns on the water slide and played in the splash pad area. The property security was thorough and we felt very safe. The villa is perfectly located right next to a Publix grocery store and close to many other stores and restaurants. Disney Parks and Universal were about 25 minutes away. Not too bad! Overall, we had an amazing stay and we will definitely be staying here again and again. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely amazing

This house exceded our expectations and you can tell they went above and beyond with every little detail in this house. From the immaculate decorations and beautiful rooms, to the little details such as plentiful plates, silverware and dining room being set for us upon entry. I would return to this house every single time I visit Florida if possible. My kids called it the beautiful house and they never wanted to leave. I wish I could have stayed forever in this home. 110% recommend to anyone interested in this because you will not regret it. Absolutely amazing thank you for the amazing stay and making it truly a home away from home!
