Not bad but not great. Middle tier.

This place was ok. The place looked like it had not been cleaned recently. There was spider webs on the lighting. The carpet felt and looked like it had not been vacuumed recently and could have probably been replaced. There were several ant beds around the pool area which I had to go by spray to kill. Did not have any trash bags for trash. Needed paint touch up on the walls in a lot of areas. The pool was good and the resort itself had a great pool area for the kids and it was not too far from Disney so location was good. Really just needed updating and a deep thorough cleaning.
