IMPORTANT NOTES: If you want to have pool heater to be on, it is an extra $ 35/day. If you just want to have the heated spa (jacuzzi) there is an $18/day charge for it. (for both there is a minimum of 3 consecutive nights), Grill is $84 one time fee. Max guests allowed is 15. Only 3 cars are allowed per home, street parking is NOT allowed. We have a ring door bell camera located at the front door for security purposes only.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, very spacious, and the rooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group. The location was great and the community pool was such a bonus—we really enjoyed it. Our host, Diego, was exceptional with communication and made everything so easy. We will definitely be back and will recommend this home to everyone we know planning a trip to Orlando.

The house was amazing. The only problem was the first floor had an automated thermostat that was set at a preset temperature even if you preset it lower, it will only time back to that preset degrees that they establish causing the master bedroom to be overheated, which was very uncomfortable getting up two in the morning to set the thermostat lower, but then we are wide awake. Which the following day you exhausted also, my wife with menopause conditions, causing her nosebleed doing the early morning. So we had to endure that condition but never complained to management. I have build a major RealEstate Investment Firm and Management with over 120 houses for the passed 26 years and understand the expenses that comes with this investment but will never allow my tenants to suffer being uncomfortable over profit especially investing over a vacation setting. But again the house was beautiful.

Perfect for a large family holiday

We stayed here for 2 weeks with a group of 8 of us. It's a lovely property with plenty of space for the whole family. The games room and cinema room are great and our son loved all the themed rooms. Diego was extremely helpful with all the check in information before the stay and always available to solve any queries we had, would thoroughly reccomend

Family getaway

We visited with our kids - grandkids and some of our siblings. A total of 12 of us. Great place for hosting a large group. Spacious with nice bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Nice kitchen and central gathering areas. Pool and hot tub were great! Diego was a very responsive host. Highly recommend for a large group.

Church Staff Trip to Florida

Our church staff of 10 adults takes a trip to Florida from Charlotte, NC each year to plan events for the church. This house was PERFECT for our stay. We loved the game room, the theater room, large kitchen, pool and hot tub, the themed rooms, and the proximity to restaurants, groceries, and the Disney parks. The house was clean and accommodating. We had several planning meetings around the large, comfortable dining room table, and played board games in the living room. Above all, our host Diego, was so friendly and quick to respond to all of our communication. I highly recommend this beautiful home for a large family or group, and send our sincere thanks to Diego for his help in the months prior to our stay, as well as his communication during and afterward. It was pleasant, older furniture and appliances, some of the televisions didn’t work. Some outlets and lamps didn’t work, had issues a couple times with the pool and jacuzzi. Beds were uncomfortable.Probably should update!!

The pictures I online did not do the property Justice. The rooms were large and spacious. My 2 young granddaughters loved the Star Wars room! Heating the pool and hot tub we’re well worth the extra money! Diego was very responsive when we had a question. We would stay here again!

Great House, Great Host !

Diego was an amazing host to us. From the start he was quick to respond to any questions we had along the way. He made sure we have everything we needed before we even left for our trip. Upon arriving, we loved the house! Everything was clean and a great appearance inside. We enjoyed every room in the house including the hot jacuzzi and heated pool. Any issues we had were quickly figured out, and I would 100% rent from Diego again. Excellent Experience !

Great Find!

The property has beautiful decor and a fun vibe in many of the bedrooms! We all very much enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is lacking some basic items if you plan to cook at the house. Our host Diego was very responsive in communication. The security gate staff was friendly, and the location of the home was close to many Restaurants, grocery store and all of our destination adventures.

Host was an amazing communicator! House was gorgeous! I was surprised with all the details of the game room, movie room, and kids Mickey Mouse room. Pool was very nice and perfect for our family. Kitchen had everything we needed and every room had a TV with plenty of channels. Would definitely stay here again.

Picture perfect

We had a great time. Sad when it ended. There were a lot of mirrors and decorative items, so if you have little ones; take caution. There are no bathrooms hooks for towels in the downstairs master bathroom, no pot handle mittens and oddly enough no baking sheets except for 1 pizza sheet. Take heart, that isn’t enough to spoil your stay. I loved it, would recommend it, and would return!! The host responded quickly with any issues I had. Best feature was the pool/jacuzzi, least favorite was the dryer took forever to dry. (Not overfilled) Still A+. Thanks for hosting us 😀

Home as advertised

Our family stayed at this house for our Disney vacation. Close to the parks and easy to get to. Had a few small issues arise, but Diego handled them as quickly as he could and made our stay enjoyable. The kids loved the pool and movie room and there was enough space for us all to enjoy.
