Absolutely the worst! Family vacation to Disney and Universal with my children and grand children. Decided to rent this house specifically because of the private pool and hot tub. I had to pay extra to have the hot tub heated. Upon arrival, we realized that the pool/hot tub were non-operational and dirty. I contacted the host and reported the issue and they said a technician would be out that day. No technician showed up, I followed up on Sunday and was told he was in route. Returned that evening to the same situation. I sent pictures and videos to American Star to which they replied that it was functioning correctly. It was very obviously not. I was told if I wanted the technician to return, I would have to pay for it and was sent a payment link. Long story short, pool and hot tub were finally repaired on day 5, stopped working again on day 6 (lights never worked). House was filthy, furniture was very cheap and broken, master bed was broken, theater seating broken, most of the games were broken, there were cigarette and marijuana butts on the pool deck, carpet was worn out to the point that at the master bedroom door we had to lay down a towel so my granddaughter would not step on the exposed tack strips. Same between the master and the bath. Multiple doors not functional. Dresser in the princess room broken and filthy. No wash cloths, uncomfortable bedding and pillows. Receptacle broken and exposed wires in one bedroom. I have pictures of all this and communications.

The house has lit of nice Disney pictures. But we had a number of frustrating encounters: 1. Asked to turn of pool heating and they did not. They expected payment but without letting me know how to pay. Keep on saying same thing over and over without proper resolution, it's late night, and pool heating has no point. 2. 1 Bed was broken, we could have been injured. 3. The house has no condiments, not a single coffee pouch, no sugar, no creamer. Every bathroom had a quarter size soap and shampoo not enough for single use. There was not enough soap to wash hand after a dump. I was told that how it is and guest suppose to have their own supply. 4. House parking spot was not enough for 3 cars. No clear instructions that we had to put a car in a way to block other two. 5. Check in was not smooth. We asked for 30 min extra time during checkout and we were not given it. Overall a penny pinching experience on a property decorated with nice Disney pictures. For the amount of money charged, steer clear of this property. Sharing picture of how much salt and pepper was there in the singular salt pepper holder of property according 20 guest. There are not meant to refilled. Also there was 1 pan and condition of the pan. Size of the soap and broken bed.

We had a great time overall. The only problem was when we got to the location the security check-in was HORRIBLE! I was checking in and they told me we could only have TWO vehicles at the property. They were very nasty to my sister and told her to get off the property because she wasn’t on the list. I went down to talk to the security about my sister and over heard one of them say oh you can have FIVE vehicles at the property. That’s when I said what’s the difference with the properties? We can only have two and they can have five. Then all of a sudden they changed it up to five only. They’re very nasty and rude as far as the property we enjoyed it, and the host was great. Even the neighbor to the left of us was very nice. By the way, it was 24 of us and we had a ball. The house was very nice. We’re looking to rent again one day. I hope I win the raffle prize for staying there again. The Ellis’s

Eveything was great. only one complaint we had is that if youre paying for 18 nights, you should not have to pay additional money to get into the house an hour early. We ended up waiting outside the house for 40 min since we did not want to incur additional fees. Besdies that, zero complaints.Thanks
