The Space:
We can accommodate up to 24 guests in total, but you can plan your stay based on the bed types listed below.
The entire house has newly installed flooring, with tile or wood throughout — NO CARPET anywhere in the home!

- Bedroom 1: Mater King bed with individual bathroom, plus baby crib

SECOND FLOOR:

[POOL HEATING] is optional at an additional $35 per day+tax. It can only be turned on continuously for the entire stay. Please let us know before your arrival if you’d like this service, so we can have it ready for you. $20 additional callout charge if a request for pool heat is made after you have arrived during your stay, as we need to make an additional trip to to the home to switch the pool heat on for you.
[BBQ grill]
There is an extra charge of $85+tax to use it. The fee covers the cost to use and clean the grill only, it does not include a propane tank. You may trade in propane tank for a full one or use any left over.
Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire home. Guest will also have access to the club at no additional cost.

The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool - heated to 84 degrees all year round. It has a dedicated children's area with slide. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm. There is a snack bar with fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and fireplace for cooler times. There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and a volley ball court. There is also a free play games room with fun for all ages - all this within a few minutes’ walk of our home and included in your rental rates.
