Close to everything, quiet, clean and will come back again

My Cousin was graduating from Florida Central University. Family flew in from WA, TN & MD we we stayed at this location. 2bd with full bath + 2bd rooms that have to share a bath (in hallway, NOT a jack & jill). The development is gated. There was a one car garage, and you can park one car on the driveway. There is street parking, but limited and random. Nonetheless we had no issues with the 4 cars the various family was using. A/C worked great, right next to a Publix, Starbucks, Dunkin Dounuts, misc restaurants , etc. CONS: No TP refills. No extra blankets. Could use more towels (we used the beach towels provided as extra). No major issues and would recommend without reservations or hesitation. One of my other cousin's stays in the area for his son's baseball games and stated he would come back to this VRBO. And I'll plan to stay here every time going forward as well if it's available.
