The property was clean, spacious, & just as described. Internet & basic cable were reliable. The kitchen was adequately stocked for quick meals. Basic paper products & starter toiletry/cleaning products ere provided. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. It is less than 2 miles from Publix, Walmart, WaWa, & a variety of restaurants. The drive to WDW was less than 7miles, & about 15miles to the Kia center downtown. The community was quiet and well maintained. The pool was still too cold for us, but large enough for a quick dip for our son. The larger community pool was a few blocks away; we did not try it out. Unlike many vrbo, our only requirement for check out was to empty the trash. We will stay again if in town for an extended stay. Plenty of space!

Host was great as usual. Goes above and beyond to make sure we feel welcome. Stand outs: refrigerator was nice (cold), dual recliner (huge plus), desk for my stuff (great) And while we were there we reserved 24 nights for next year (will be 4th yr in a row) I guess that says it all.

Our whole family enjoyed our time in this house. The kids adored their beautiful bedrooms and the pool on the back patio. Great location, well equipped, and clean. I especially appreciated that it was easy to contact the owner/ manager and they responded very quickly. Great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone staying in the Orlando area!

Everything was top notch. Clean and well maintained. New mattress. Refrigerator was nice. Nice Keurig coffee maker. Nice double recliner. Plenty of room for all our stuff. And Mike the property guy is real quick to correct any maintenance issues.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. Excellent gated community location. Close to Orlando theme parks and few minutes drive to Walmart Super Store. Loved the outdoor pool area overlooking the lake. Very responsive host. 100% will stay again!

Awesome House

The house was exactly as advertised. Comfortable accommodation, super equipped with necessities, great communication with host. Walmart and Publix is a few minutes away and close to the theme Parks. My family will definitely stay here again.

Lovely Home for a Family Vacation

This is a beautiful home with thoughtful accommodations for a family to enjoy time in Central Florida. Very close to dining, shopping and area attractions. In-ground pool for refreshing soak after a day in the park. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for Family Vacation

Most amazing experience ever!

Highly recommended place to stay if you’re visiting the Disney attractions. The home, located in a quiet gated community is very clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with thoughtful utensils. Host was responsive. My family and I will stay here again!
