Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Starting with the front door handle, which was missing the screw to keep it anchored, this home was a disappointment. Upon opening the door, the old stained carpet and broken tile floor and worn furniture were gross. In the kitchen, old appliances, trashed pots and pans and a faucet that shot water all over kept us from cooking. But each day we called to get the pool fixed because the pump and filter Never worked. I was surprised at the weeds in the pool area and the mold growing on the lanai and the broken door latch made for constant banging when the wind blew. It's not that the inside hadn't been cleaned, it had. The sheets, towels and bathroom s were spotless. However, there were no washcloths. We have never experienced a rental from Expedia that was in such disrepair.
