Check in was great. We found the carpets to be dirty and stained. There was no vacuum, but our host did send one. We were disappointed that the pool and hotub were not open. They finally opened the last 2 days. We found the furniture not to be situated for evenings for just watching TV since we were there 22 days. We would have preferred a couch and chair instead of the day bed and uncomfortable bench. We did not care for the TV setup and there wasn't one in the guest room. Light bulbs and batteries for fans needed to be replaced (we did). If someone stayed for just a few day may have been different. For our extended stay it was a little dis jointed. Not enough utensils and pots and pans. Bed was very comfortable and unit was sound proofed. Bathroom was huge, walkin closet very nice. Washer and dryer great. Microwave did work but turntable did not spin. Three knifes were broken. Shopping was close by, Orlando traffic was terrible. The price was our draw. We just felt the unit needs TLC.
