Doors don’t lock and dirty!!!
I first off let me say this was a decent condo. However, it was not like the pictures it was pretty dirty the counters had sticky stuff on them the showers were gross. Just overall it needed to be cleaned. You can tell they have not vacuumed the stairs in a while. My biggest issue was that the back door leading to the pool. It did not lock so anyone could just walk right in at any time. I called every night so three times and they still did not fix the issue nor did they return my phone calls. Finally at 10 PM the night before we left someone text me and tried to make up excuses as to why it had not been fixed and supposedly they had the wrong address even though I clearly repeated it to them over five times on three separate occasions. The communication is extremely poor. And I was super disturbed that the doors didn’t lock especially when there’s a pool. It made us very uncomfortable. I will not stay again.
