You will feel relaxed as soon as you open the door to our immaculate, beautifully furnished 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. Our home looks and feels new with natural light that pours in through the oversized windows and the catherdral living room ceiling.
The open floor plan with kitchen, dining area and living room is perfect for your whole family to spend time together making memories, while still having plenty of room to spread out. Two master suites, both with king beds means you don't have to compromise on who gets the best room. The main floor master has an ensuite bathroom that leads directly out to the pool. An additional king bedroom on the main floor with a bathroom directly outside its door. The spacious king size suite upstairs has an oversized bathroom with a soaker tub and large walk in shower. Kids of all ages will want to stay in the Mickey Mouse themed twin room with adorable Mickey touches. The final room upstairs is a very spacious room with 2 twins and a queen sized bed, perfect to fit 1 whole family.

As you walk up the stairs there is a loft with an air hockey table, board games, a foosball table, and a gaming area for PS4 and Xbox. It will be hard to drag the kids out of this fun space!

The garage has been transformed into a theater room with oversized comfortable recliner seating, air conditioning, a 100" projection screen and surround sound. Perfect for watching the big game or a movie after a long day at the park.

You will love how the living room spills out onto the lanai through oversized sliding glass doors. The huge patio doors and abundance of windows allows for so much light into the home. Outside you will find a private pool and spa and seating areas for lounging and dining. The lanai is completely screened in so you will not be bothered by pesky insects! And you will find a TV in the lanai so you will be able to maximize your time in the Florida sun even when there is must see TV. (Pool and spa heat are not included in the rate, so please be sure to add that or ask me about that if you are interested.)

Perfectly located near all amenities, this luxury villa is a great option for family holidays. Whether you are travelling with the kids, or just need a getaway, your complete entertainment and relaxation needs will be fulfilled here.

NOTE TO OUR GUESTS:

* You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
* Effective 09/01/2023 there will be a Patron Fee for use if the Resort Amenities. Host will be prepaying for amenities usage for bookings in this Villa.
* Maximum of 12 guests allowed in the home.
* After booking, you will receive a separate rental agreement via email for you to review, accept and upload a copy of your photo ID.
* Solterra Resort limits each home to four (4) cars per address. We have spots for 2 cars on the driveway.
* Pool heat is an option at an extra charge of $35/night + taxes.
* No pets are allowed.
* Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the home nor the patio/pool area. Smokers are allowed to smoke outside in the front of the house with any trash responsibly disposed of.
* Absolutely NO parties. We ask that you respect our home and keep it a fun and friendly family home for family vacations only. Quiet Hours will need to be respected.
* There are Ring cameras on the outside of the home for the doorbell and a driveway camera.
* The home has a smart keypad lock. You will be provided a custom code that will only work for the duration of your stay.

We highly recommend getting "cancel for any reason" travel insurance in case of any unforeseen issues that can arise. CFAR travel insurance can cover many risks including lodging cancelations and/or rental insurance at a minimal cost. All reservations made after March 2020 are made knowing the uncertainty of the health and travel industries, government regulations, weather, and other conditions that could impact your travel reservation. More than ever, we strongly urge each guest to purchase "cancel for any reason" insurance.
