The mater bedroom had a very nice lookout to the beach/water. The walk to the beach was a very nice walkway. Plenty of room for a large family to gather in. Easy in and out of the driveway. We had a great time and experience.

This was our second time staying at this beach house and it was just as Fantastic as the first time. The house was immaculate, fully equipped with everything you need, beach toys, chairs, a gorgeous back yard with multiple seating areas, views of the ocean, and a pool! Even after the second stay, it proved perfect with new memories made and we could not ask for a better family vacation!

This house and outdoor space was even more stunning than the pictures portrayed. Beautifully appointed home, complete privacy, wonderfully secluded path to the beach, multiple spaces to enjoy the outdoors, and everything one needs to entertain themselves at the beach. Hammocks under a canopy of SeaGrapes were a bit hit with our family. The hosts were awesome both before and during our stay: left several surprise gifts to help our family celebrate a significant milestone, accommodated our schedule, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Cannot wait to go back to The Atlantic Estate

This was a great property and conveniently located! The host was very responsive and we went during turtle hatching season, which was so cool. Wonderful Family Trip!!!

What a wonderful place to spend a vacation with family! The house is spectacular and the location is perfect - right on the beach but far away from most other beach goers. It felt like we were on our own island! Our host was responsive and available before, during and after the trip, but we didn’t need much because they thought of everything beforehand and the house had everything we needed and more!! 10/10 would recommend and stay here again.

Unique Property with Great Beach Access

What a unique property! We really enjoyed our visit with three generations of our family. The location ensures the beach area next to property feels like your own private beach.

Perfect family getaway with toddlers, tween, and grandparents

This house was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and a literal paradise. We have been waiting so long to go to the beach with our 16 month old twin toddlers. This property made it so easy to take one twin up for a nap while the other stayed on the beach to play. Our 11 year old had so much fun. He was able to be free without a care in the world. The owner had everything we needed - 2 cribs, 2 high chairs, toys for our tween, kids dishes, kids cups, beach toys, chairs, etc.The pictures do not do justice to what a relaxing paradise this house was. The only only slight critique that would have made the trip a little more comfortable was the temperature of the house. It was a bit hot. However, once we started running all of the fans they had in the house, it was perfect! There were plenty of ceiling fans and baseless fans for each of the rooms. I couldn’t recommend this property more. And I wish we would have booked for 2-3 more days!

January Getaway

The property was everything you could have asked for and much more in a VRBO rental by the beach! They had everything that you would need in a vacation rental. Toys and beach chairs for all! Plenty of beach towels just a short walk to the beach! The hammocks were used daily, the pool was wonderful! The host was very punctual when getting back to me with any questions that I had. The house had a beautiful beach feel, top end furnishings, clean, with all the amenities that you would want or need for a beach vacation! I would highly recommend staying here, everything was great!!!

The property was immaculate. It was even better in-person than in pictures (if possible) and everything was setup for fun and ease of use. Jacqueline was incredible in answering our questions pre-stay and went above and beyond to ensure the renting process was seamless.
