The beautifully renovated house offers the perfect place for a relaxing and sunny vacation. The house stands on a 900m2 sun lot. The house has two pretty bedrooms with new mattresses.
In the living / dining room you will find new furniture with sofas, TV-Sat system with the usual channels in German, a modern CD radio, book corner, a high-quality fireplace and dining table for 4-5 people.
The bathroom has a nice large shower, mirror cabinet, shelf and a toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric cooker, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and NEW, from 2019 with dishwasher and washing machine.
The 28sqm south-facing sun terrace is equipped with a beautiful seating area, a parasol and a cozy lounge area. In addition, 4 deck chairs are available.
Enjoy the fireplace on cozy autumn days or the grill in the garden. There is enough space for badminton.
The community pool with lawn and barbecue area is only 400 meters away.
The mixed forest begins 30 meters behind the house and is ideal for walks or mountain biking. You may also collect fresh blueberries or mushrooms ...

Sehr gemütliches, sehr gut ausgestattetes Häuschen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend mit schönen Möbeln und Deko. Tolle Ausstattung der Küche, es fehlt an nichts. Super sind auch der schöne große Garten mit Trampolin und der Gemeinschaftspool der Anlage. Wir haben uns als Familie total wohlgefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Urlaub inmitten schöner Natur, sehr ruhige Lage

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen, typischen Schwedenhäuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es liegt sehr ruhig umgeben von Natur. Das Grundstück ist groß und die Kinder hatten Spaß auf dem Trampolin. Man kann viele schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Vermieter antworten schnell auf Fragen über WhatsApp und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Den Gemeinschaftspool haben wir auch genutzt und hat uns gut gefallen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das zu kleine Elternschlafzimmer.

Erholsame Zeit im gemütlichen Haus

Hier steckt viel Liebe drin

Wir waren das erste Mal in Schweden und haben uns für dieses Häuschen entschieden und keine Sekunde bereut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kinder hatten jede Menge Spaß im Garten und auf dem Trampolin. Die Ruhe ist unbeschreiblich und wir haben jede Sekunde genossen. Auch hatten wir das Glück, dass wir sowohl zum Frühstück als auch abends die tolle große Terrasse nutzen konnten. Der Kontakt mit Christiane Goldammer war total nett und unkompliziert und wir haben so tolle Tipps für die Freizeitgestaltung bekommen. Das einzige Manko ist wohl, dass man für Unternehmungen recht weit fahren muss, aber das wussten wir vorher und alle gefahrenen Kilometer haben sich mehr als gelohnt. Lieben Dank nochmal für die wunderschöne Woche bei euch!

Gemütlichen kleines Ferienhaus

Es ist ein schönes, gemütlichen kleines Ferienhaus. Sehr idyllisch gelegen, ein schön algelegter Garten. Für die Kinder ist ein Trampolin im Garten vorhanden und im Haus stehen Kinderbücher zum stöbern rum. Es gibt ein Gemeinschaftspool, welchen man mit nutzen kann, leider hatten wir nicht soviele Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren im Juli 2 Wochen in dem kleinen "Petterson und Findus" Häuschen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen Familienurlaub benötigt und ist dazu noch so liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch der Kontakt mit Frau Goldammer war sehr angenehm und Frau Goldammer wirklich sehr hilfsbereit. Vorab hatten wir bereits eine Liste mit Ausflugstipps (welche wir gerne wahrgenommen haben) und schwedischen Wörtern bekommen. Die Kinder waren täglich auf dem Trampolin und im Geräteschuppen war auch noch einiges für die Kids. Leider war in Örkeljuna selber das Wetter nicht so gut, dass wir den Pool nutzen konnten. Aber das hat nicht gestört, denn Schweden ist groß und wenn bei uns das Wetter schlecht gemeldet war sind wir einfach woanders hingefahren. So haben wir sehr viel gesehen! Und alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Malmö, Helsingborgh, Kristianstad, Melbystrand!, Elchpark (wo wir die Elche gefüttert und gestreichelt haben),Michels Kattulthof in Vimmerby, Zipline fahren etc. Wir haben die Zeit in Schweden und dem Häuschen sehr genossen und sind komplett entspannt nach Hause gekommen. Für uns einer der schönsten Urlaube, die wir je hatten! Als Tipp: Auf dem Hin- oder Rückweg noch ein paar Tage in Kopenhagen verbringen.

Klein, aber fein

Ein kleines, aber gut ausgestattet und gut gepflegtes Haus. Es liegt in einer kleinen, sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft nahe dem Ende einer Sackgasse, der Verkehr dort ist also kaum der Rede wert. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super, sehr nett und kooperativ!

So macht der Schweden-Urlaub Spaß

Schönes sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt. Die Terrasse lädt wunderbar zum Verweilen am Abend ein und der Garten mitsamt großem Trampolin ist wunderbar für Klein und Groß. Zudem punktet es mit seiner sehr guten Lage, sodass man auch mit nur 1h Fahrzeit viele tolle Ausflugsziele ( Hafen Torekov, Båstad, Kullaberg, Elchsafari in Markaryd, Djurkpark, etc) problemlose erreichen kann. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. So macht Urlaub Freude. Sehr zu empfehlen- gerne wieder =)

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Wer seine Ruhe in der Natur und Abseits vom Alltagsstress sucht, ist in diesem tollen Häuschen richtig aufgehoben. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Check in und Check Out haben bestens funktioniert. Uns wurden sogar unsere Sachen nachgeschickt, die wir bei der Abreise versehentlich liegen gelassen hatten. Super Service!

Entspannung pur

Sehr schöner entspannter Urlaub. Hier ist alles da, was man braucht und es ist sehr gemütlich. Der 5 min zu Fuß entfernte Pool ist schön erfrischend und das Sahnehäubchen des Urlaubs. Viel Ruhe und wenig Menschen drumherum. Alles rundum zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Ruhig und entspannt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Größe und Ausstattung reicht vollkommen für 2 Erwachsene und 2 jüngere Kinder. Von hier aus kann man eine Menge an Touren starten und sich dann am Ende in Pool der Anlage erholen!

Ruhig und typisch schwedisch

Ruhig gelegenes Haus, in einer kleinen Gemeinschaft im Wald. Ausstattung wie in der Beschreibung. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Orte wie Malmö, Helsingborg und Göteborg zu besichtigen. Etwa 30 Minuten bis zum Meer. Lebensmittel kann man in etwa 6km Entfernung einkaufen. Für uns war es ein sehr interessanter und zugleich ruhiger Urlaub und definitiv nicht der letzte in Schweden.

So schön kann Urlaub sein..

Wer Ruhe und die Natur sucht, ist in diesem Haus sehr gut aufgehoben... Wir durften im Mai, zwei Wochen, einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Schweden erleben.Das Häuschen hat alles was man braucht,es ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Die wunderschöne große Terrasse lädt zum relaxen ein. Alles machte ein sehr gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Auch hatten wir einen sehr netten Kontakt zu unseren Vermietern. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Idyllisch und gemütlich

Wir haben wunderbare Tage in diesem schnuckeligen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr gemütlich und behaglich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zauberhaft und die Räume sind sonnendurchflutet. Das Häuschen ist zudem sehr praktisch eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht, auch mit Kleinkind klasse! Auch an kühleren Tagen und Regentagen bietet das Häuschen ein Plätzchen zum Wohlfühlen am Ofen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, die Umgebung ist ruhig. In klaren Nächten konnten wir den wunderschönen Sternenhimmel sehen. Drum herum ist viel Natur, die nachbarschaftlichen Häuser ebenfalls hübsch und angenehm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar und auch viele tolle Ausflugsziele.

vielen Dank für den zauberhaften Aufenthalt in eurem Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ein Ort zum genießen und entspannen. Es ist alles da was man braucht und die Lage super. schönes Häuschen mit großer Terrasse in ruhiger Umgebung

Was den Kindern am besten gefallen hat: das Trampolin! Den Eltern: die schöne Holzterrasse. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Zimmer sind klein. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, in ruhiger Umgebung aber trotzdem nicht allzuweit (3 Minuten mit dem Auto) von der Hauptstraße, man ist schnell an der Küste (30 Minuten) oder in der nächsten Stadt mit den Supermärkten. Wegen des wechselhaften Wetters konnten wir das Schwimmbad nicht nutzen, das Wasser war zu kalt. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiter.

Ett mkt bra hus i lugn miljö!

Det var ett bra boende! När jag betalat totalsumman för stugan, tillkom en extra avgift utanför avtalet för städning, som jag tvingades betala till ett privat konto, som för mig blev 970 skr! Fick inte koden till huset annars! Detta var otroligt dåligt skött och störde mig hela veckan! Hade gärna haft en extra husnyckel och en microugn! Mvh! Willy

Wir haben in diesem wunderbaren kleinen Ferienhaus sehr schöne Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr freundlich und zum Wohlfühlen eingerichtet, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ausgesprochen freundlich und immer sehr schnell. Wir haben in einer sehr abwechslungsreichen und schönen Umgebung sehr schöne Ausflüge gemacht - insgesamt eine herrliche Urlaubszeit. Vielen Dank und jederzeit gerne wieder!

Gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir fanden ein sehr sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus vor. In ruhiger, baumreicher Lage konnten wir unseren Urlaub genießen .
