Pascale’s house welcomes you in Orist. This 100 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the sleeping area, plus one bedroom with its own shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in both the sleeping and living areas, TV, self check-in, and a barbecue.
Cleaning is not included in the rental; the house must be left clean (beds stripped, bins emptied). Bed linen and towels are included.
Outside, relax in the private garden with greenery and seasonal flowers, not overlooked. Two terraces—one covered, one open—offer pleasant outdoor spaces. The private pool, available from April to October depending on the weather, has a retractable cover that keeps the water at a pleasant temperature without heating, and a paddling pool suitable for children.
Park in the 2 spaces at the house or on the street. One pet is allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please note, electric vehicle charging is not possible on the property. Located in a quiet residential area on a low-traffic road limited to 30 km/h, without a gate.

Saubusse thermal baths are 6 km (8 min) away, Dax is 15 min, and the Landes beaches (Hossegor, Seignosse, Vieux-Boucau, Messanges, Moliets) are 30 min away. Nearby: cycling along the Scandibérique from Saubusse (5 min), canoeing around Léon and Castets, Courant d’Huchet nature reserve. The Basque Country (Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Biarritz, Bayonne, Espelette) and Spain are easily accessible.
