Luxurious apartment right in the golf course with a view of the countryside

When handing over the keys, 85 euros must be paid in cash for the final cleaning. And a deposit of 250 euros must be deposited in cash. On departure if everything was in order, the deposit will be paid back in cash.

Apartment renovated in April 2019 in a very good location directly on the Las Ramblas golf course. The facility is very quiet as it consists of only 12 parties. With a view from the large balcony (16 sqm) of the pool and a beautiful view from the room windows into the green. You can also see the lake from the windows on the west side. The balcony faces south. The house is approximately 3 km from the sea and 2 km from the Zenia Boulevard shopping center. The La Fuente shopping center and several large supermarkets and a Belgian bakery can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Sports lovers will also get their money's worth. The fresh water canal offers many opportunities for long walks, bike tours, jogging, skating etc. There are restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment is in the Ground floor, the middle apartment. There are beautiful beaches with crystal clear water in the wider area. The beaches have been awarded the blue flag.

Golf trip

Property was great . However a lot of emphasis was placed on not using Air-con too much and making sure we didnt have a party which was rather presumptuous. The noise from neighbours was a lot worse than what anything we would have done

Stunning location and apartment

The most fabulous apartment with everything you need. Balcony overlooking pool was just perfect at all times of day, especially the fan over head when no wind. Comfortable beds, great AC when needed, stunning views, well equipped kitchen. Secure parking, close to bars and shops. Had a really amazing stay. Thankyou so much

Winter break in Las Ramblas

This is a very roomy property, although admittedly there were only two of us in a 3 bed apartment. The location is ideal, 10 minutes walk to La Fuente, the nearest commercial area and within a 10 minute drive of the coast. We never got tired of the views across the golf course and adjacent lake. The canal runs across the road at the front of the property. Initial problems with the heating (required for January nights) were soon addressed, and a new system installed.
