Lovely Villa close to bars and restaurants

Villa was exactly as shown in the pictures, communication with the agent was great and all information was provided by email. The villa is located in an urbanisation within walking distance to bars and restaurant, the main strip in Cabo Roig is 5 min drive away, it is walkable, about 30 mins but does take you along a fairly busy road with no paths. The only fault we could find if we had to, was that there are no actual sunloungers, but there are reclining chairs. Overall a positive experience and would definately recommend.

for us with 2 young kids itt wasnt good enough.small livingroom , down toilet douche smelly like sockaway ,showers small warm water fast finish. heaters downstairs not working, total upstairs with rain the water comes in, fungi. maintainance neccesary. nice garden. quite and peacefull neighbourhood. communication with fidalsa good.
