In Orihuela Costa, beautiful south facing fully air-conditioned modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and pool.
It consists of a living room sunny all day (dining area, living room) and a fully equipped kitchen. A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (pool view), a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. Upstairs, a second bedroom with its bathroom and solarium with deck chairs and a garden where you can see the sea.
Outside, you can enjoy a garden, a terrace with awning, and a swimming pool facing south, all equipped with a large table, a barbecue, deckchairs and a terrace. Beach umbrella.

Fabulous holiday in a lovely villa
We had an amazing time at this lovely villa.
The villa itself was very modern and extremely well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a joy but I'm glad we paid a bit extra to have it heated as it would have been a bit cold in May.
The location was brilliant with several lovely beaches a short drive away (as well as plenty of shops, supermarkets etc.) Evette showed us where to find a great little bar next to a garden centre about 5 minutes walk away, and they served some tasty tapas dishes (plus some very strong cocktails!) at very reasonable prices. There is also a great shopping mall (La Zenia Boulevard) about 10 minutes away by car.

Rachel’s villa
Such a treat to spend time in a beautiful and well maintained villa. A lovely stay. Thanks. The pool was heated beautifully and we could swim in April and enjoy the sunshine we have been missing throughout the long cold winter in the UK. We hope to visit again in the future. THANKYOU for letting us stay.

Fantastic Winter Getaway
We had a fantastic stay in December 2023. The Villa was very clean and everything we needed was there. La Finca opposite the Villa was perfect for a lunch or dinner. Having the pool heated was great and the kids loved it !! Rachel & Evette were amazing and communication was excellent. The only thing to mention is that the upstairs 3rd bedroom is accessed from outside and is separate to the villa itself. This worked fine for us but is worth noting and being aware of. All in all a fantastic stay and we will be looking at dates for next December !!!

Wow!!! Stunning Villa … Book it or miss out !!!
Fantastic beautiful Villa…heated pool absolute bonus. Evette met us with keys and tried to show us everything even though there was a power cut. Nothing was too much trouble and answered our questions quickly. Lovely quiet area. Will be back…Many thanks. 😎😎😎😎

Summertime in November
We had a wonderful 2 weeks in the villa, loved the swimming pool with the coloured lights in the evenings.

Everything we needed. Enjoyed the enclosed garden - very private and not overlooked. So handy for everything - beaches, shops. Villa was brilliant. Property Owner and Manager both responsive and good communicators - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a great stay!

Great short break
Stopped here with my wife, in laws and two year old. The villa was very clean with everything we required for a short stay. Great location and easy to find. Contact with the owner was brilliant from start to finish. Will definitely be booking again for next year.

Beautiful Villa
We had a fantastic stay for a number of weeks this summer. The villa is beautiful and in a great location convenient for everything (having a car is helpful). The villa has everything you need for a lovely family holiday. We really enjoyed our stay and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The villa itself was very spacious and had everything we needed for a fantastic family holiday. I would highly recommend this villa.
