Welcome to our beautifully decorated, luxurious suite located in Orem, Utah. Whether you`re traveling for work or pleasure, the Hillside Haven is the perfect place to call home during your stay in Orem. The place is centrally located; conveniently close to the Shops at Riverwoods, Provo Canyon, grocery stores, and activities, but secluded enough to relax and enjoy your time away. *For any 5 night or longer, enjoy one complimentary 60 minute in-house massage(message for availability).*

As you enter the space, you`ll immediately notice the bright and inviting living area, complete with comfortable seating and modern decor. The large windows allow for plenty of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Bringing more guests? No problem. Our comfy couch doubles as a pull out queen bed and sheets are provided for your guests` comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen features newer appliances, including an electric stovetop oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as all the cookware and utensils you need to whip up a gourmet meal. The sleek and stylish dining nook comfortably seats six guests, making it the perfect spot for a dinner party or intimate meal. Additionally, there is additional bar seating at our custom kitchen, which features 4 bar seats.

The suite offers two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The Master bedroom featuring a plush king-sized bed with premium linens and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, with a twin trundle that`s perfect for extra guests (or kids!). There is also a TV in the second bedroom, perfect for kid movie nights! The bathroom is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, including soft towels and complimentary toiletries.

The attention to detail is evident throughout the space, with tasteful artwork and decor adding to the overall luxurious feel. The high-end furnishings and finishes create a sophisticated and chic space that`s perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests. A vintage game table features checkers and chess, as well as other board games. The possibilities are endless!

Located in the heart of Orem, the suite offers easy access to all the local attractions. From the stunning natural beauty of Mount Timpanogos to the shops and restaurants at University Mall, there`s something for everyone just minutes away.

After a day of exploring the city, come back to the suite and relax in the comfortable living area. Catch up on your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV, or curl up with a good book on the cozy couches. The apartment also offers complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private entrance for your convenience.

You have access to the private walkway, entrance, and every space inside the suite. No space is shared here. There is a flight of stairs you need to go down to access the suite!

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the entrance to the basement suite.

Check in is easy! With a smart keypad, enjoy flexible check in times that allow you to enjoy your vacation without stress.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.

Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.

Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
