The location was nice. It was close to the beach and ocean and had a great view. The staff were friendly. There was a ramp to get luggage to the 2nd floor which was nice. The room we got was very outdated though. The smell was terrible. It smelled like it used to be a smoking room. It was by far the worst room we stayed in during our 2 week vacation to Oregon.

My room needed major uodating, stains on carpet, no seal around exterior door so very drafty, could see the light from the adjacent room around the adjoining door, paper thin walls. Staff when checking in were not so friendly. They would not help me out when I needed a simple boost when my car battery was drained in the morning, I had to ask other guests to help me out. Complimentary breakfast was subpar.

The building is very dated, but inside the rooms the furniture and beds are newer and good and the staff is wonderful - so helpful and friendly. The location is right across from the ocean and easy walking distance to "Circles in the Sand". There is a good restaurant also walking distance, but you would need to drive to the tourist/downtown area.

Beach loop drive is walkable to beach. Mattresses could use update to firm with a pillow top. 2 nights was all my back could take on the old mattress provided. Motel was clean and great views. Staff was nice.

Bandon pre-golf

Nice clean hotel. The front desk lady struggled with requests and giving accurate directions. She was friendly, just not a good listener. We did love the size of the room. Breakfast was disappointing.

The view was incredible! The place was clean and the beds comfortable. But the deck needed updating. Don’t eat at Lord Bennet’s though, beautiful view but the foid was not good and expensive.

We stayed in one of the smaller duplex type units with an amazing view right above the beach. The room is showing its age just a bit but was comfortable; the floor needed a good scrubbing but that was our only issue. Friendly and helpful staff. Weak breakfast options (basically cereal, bagel or frozen egg burrito). We would stay there again for the amazing setting!

Great family owned beach front motel

This a very nice family owned motel that is well maintained & in a perfect location to explore Bandon, it’s steps from the beach & 10 minutes to the historic waterfront. The staff is very nice & friendly. The continental breakfast is not bad & the indoor pool was good. My only issue was the bed, it was very soft.

Place is old, a little run down, a little out of the way of restaurants and bars. However, the view across the road is awesome. Staff was friendly and overall it was relatively cheap. If you’re looking for a one night stay, it will do.

NOT a queen bed - no microwave or fridge

OLD. Great for families with kids tracking in sand. Beautiful view of the water. Bed is a double, not a queen. No fridge, microwave or fan - but they just omit telling you. There are rooms with kitchens - not standard. The bathroom floor had not been swept. Open a little door window at the front and one in the bathroom wall for “air” - even the clerk laughed at this one! OK for 1 night. 140 steps down to the beach.

Location!!!! Great breakfast. Avoid room with only double bed. Tooooo small. Tiny room. Pay the extra to get queen bed. Great pool& hot tub. Pleasant staff. Get room with view. Grest

Confusion at check in. I had reserved and paid for a room with a kitchen which was not initially provided. It was arranged but I had to change rooms during the stay to accommodate the accepted reservation. Staff very helpful with the process.
