It was a nice change of pace. We usually stay at hotels but this was a wonderful option. Loved the pool and the bay view. We plan on returning to check out the other spaces.

The property advertisement through their website showed nice views of the bay. The unit we had was blocked by a grassy area that allowed very little visibility of the bay. The unit also is much smaller than we expected. It's kind of like a tiny house. Maybe 350 ft. It was okay for 3 days. Definitely would not have more than two people, one person would have been better in this unit. There was very little seating. One little two seater loveseat. And that was it. Nothing else. The refrigerator was tiny. We had a hard time fitting all of our things into it. One burner on the stove top. Two would have been better. No user manual of any sort that explained where the trash dumpsters were, or how to help get help if needed, or hours for the commissary or anything else. We did not spend much time there as we were gone almost all day every day. Mornings and evenings were a little tight.

Quiet and cozy, but....

The fitted bed sheet felt like it might not be clean. When my hand ran across it, the best description would be like salt would feel. However, it looked clean. Some thick cobwebs in the corners of the windows just above the slider. Kinda weirded me out, but no spiders! That's my two black dots on an overall white piece of paper.

We're ready to plan our next trip here...

We'd planned a quick trip down highway 101 & booked one night here. We liked it so much, we booked another night on our way back up the coast. Beautiful waterfront property. Sites were spaced out enough to feel private & everyone had a firepit with chairs to enjoy the surroundings. The beach area was sandy. There were dog poop bag/trash stations available for dog owners. Lots of amenities we didn't have a chance to enjoy like the food truck, laundromat, game room or lounge...next trip we'll plan some time to enjoy the "resort" like atmosphere a bit more. Great place to stay!!

We enjoyed our first night so much on our way down highway 101, we booked another night on our way back up 101. This property is beautiful, the sandy beach was a nice surprise & the cabin was clean & cozy.

Very accommodating staff. Clean cabin with well supplied kitchen equipment. Nice bathroom except the overhead shower fixture was too low. Being 6 ft 4 in my head cleared the fixture by about an inch making washing underarms and undercarriage very difficult to rinse. Shower water pressure was low. We were not able to connect with the front desk after several calls. We had to walk down to the office to get resolution on several issues. Overall the 5 day stay was comfortable and relaxing.

I asked to check in early at 3 o’clock. We were told it would be a few minutes after 30 minutes of waiting. I went back inside to check in and they said it still wasn’t ready so we went to dinner came back at 6 o’clock and the room still wasn’t ready. There wasn’t coffee in the room. The slider screen door did not close so we could not leave the door open ants in the bathroom and ants trailing around the bed. The bathroom sink did not work so we had to use the kitchen sink. It would not drain. I communicated all these issues with the front desk. They asked if they had to fix it now and I said no thinking wow what kind of place is this?

Nice location but needs a deep cleaning

The location was good. We liked the privacy of the individual cabin and how it looked out onto the bay. We could park right at the cabin. Amenities we used were great. Nice little laundromat near our cabin. Nice that it had a single burner for cooking. Loved that tv’s were smart with apps so we could log into Netflix, etc. I don’t think there was AC which was fine this time of year. The cons: window shades were moldy, lots of food and junk under sink and fridge. Lots of spiderwebs and dust overhead. The place needed a deep cleaning. Terrible cooking pan, needed to be replaced. The cabin needed some shelves, esp at side of bed by wall, and hooks for towels, etc. It was very narrow and tiny, like an RV and not the best layout. Might stay again if it was cheap.
