On the large natural plot on the hill, which stretches to the sea, is this rustic stone house. It was completely rebuilt and renovated in 2004. It has only solar power, which limits the use of electrical appliances. However, there is a connection to the mobile network here. The whole property has a few small terraces. Attic with minimum ceiling height of 10 cm. Below the house, a footpath lined with bushes leads to the sea, where you can swim. The last 300 m of the driveway is unpaved and uneven. Kayak for one person and a professional telescope available.

Amazing - just what we wanted

This house is just as good as it looks in the photos. Perfect quiet location for us to escape everything. Roko is a kind and excellent host, who makes fantastic wine. We will return, it could not have been better for a peaceful getaway.
