The hotel building is nice and very old and charming, however, when we ordered dinner, the guy from the restaurant came brought the dinner to our room and left it inside on the table and showed us the bill. We asked him to wait outside our room so we can grab our wallet to pay, but he was refusing to leave the room unless we paid. It was very uncomfortable as I was getting out of the shower and my husband was looking for his wallet. At the end of our stay, we asked reception to send someone to check the wine cooler because it seemed not cold and when the guy came and checked it, I asked him for some trash bags and he said he wouldn't bring it and that I have to go downstairs to get it. I was in my pijamas and it was 12am at night. I called the hotel manager to complain, spoke with Pierre and was told to email him and Matilda. I emailed Pierre and Matilda (hotel manager to report it and never got a response back by email or phone. This shows how much they care about their guests....

Misleading description/representation of rooms, to reach some there is a long, sineous route to an attached building old, needing repairs, worn out carpet and screeching floor noises. The staff was courteous, but limited especially at busy times. Both breakfast and dining were very good, but with very limited time.

Great towels and nice room, even though the hotel was very well used and a little tired. parking was fine, also very near the Lourdes site. Area around hotel busy and a bit run down, but area is so busy it was not an issue. Overall a perfect location and overnight stay.

Staff were great except the cleaning of the room leaves much to be desired. Tissue papers weren’t refilled. Didn’t care to pick up some garbage. Bedsings weren’t changed at all. But happy we got the sauna free for 45 minutes. Location is great but the hotel itself had seen better days.

Terrible experience - AVOID

We stayed at Hotel Gallia Londres from July 7–9, 2025, and were deeply disappointed. I had originally booked a non-refundable stay from July 7–10 through Hotels.com, but after checking flights, we needed to leave on the 9th. I reached out to the hotel early, and they initially agreed to adjust the dates if I coordinated with Hotels.com. However, Hotels.com later said the hotel refused, and when I arrived, the front desk insisted it was up to Hotels.com. I was passed back and forth with no resolution. Despite understanding the non-refundable rate, I asked the hotel for any gesture—like a food or future stay credit—given I was traveling with my 79-year-old mother (with a pacemaker) and wife (who suffers from epilepsy). They offered nothing. One of the two suites we booked was dirty: dead bugs on the bathroom floor and ceiling light, mold near the faucet, and musty carpet. My wife had several seizures during the stay, which we believe may have been triggered by the poor air quality. While we love Lourdes, this experience left a bad impression. I considered not sharing this publicly, but feel future travelers deserve to know. I hope the hotel improves cleanliness, communication, and its approach to customer care.

Woeful WiFi and archaic approach to electric cars

Tired hotel where decor and furnishings are in need of renewal, whilst the WiFi was the worst I can remember in any hotel and although they had electric car charging, their tariff was so ridiculous it didn't make it worthwhile. They also didn't recognise our VIP booking or offer us the promised added benefits with the wellness centre.
