There is no front desk, no one on-site at all! We couldn't ask for more towels, there was no one to ask! The woman staying next to us was there longer, snd she hadn't seen anyone her entire time there.

Super convenient as a place to sleep while exploring Zion. Beds were comfortable and the staff could not be more accommodating, giving us a _very_ late checkout so that we could complete a long hike in Zion.

Yellowish towels, windows shut but cannot be locked, had a hard time checking in (given wrong door number), check out is 10am but cleaners were opening up our door at 9:15am without even knocking.

Stayed two nights. No one changed towels, cleaned bathroom or made beds - best of our knowledge no service staff entered our room to provide any level of cleaning. Both nights, various neighboring room tenants socialized outside their rooms on the sidewalk/parking areas. Loud conversations. We haven't seen any staff at the office at anytime during our stay. This isn't safe.
