EMPTYFULL HOUSE BLUE MAREMMA

CASA SVEVA is a delightful apartment on the second floor of a historic building in Orbetello, right in the historic center.
The apartment is very nice furnishings and also services, just to allow guests to live in peace their stay.
Casa Sveva, recently redeveloped has two bathrooms and two rooms (one with mezzanine) and a kitchen corner with dining room and living room, plus a very nice balcony, also equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi; sheets and towels included; for those wishing to change linen during their stay, the cost is 15 euros per person per change. The tourist tax is not included.
Its location allows you to reach the covered market, the cinema, the pharmacy, fresh pasta, butcher, pastry and much more.
Moreover Orbetello, besides being a very pleasant and full of life center, has a favorable position to reach various types of beaches and the interior of the Maremma.
We will make available to the guests a lot of information, more for those who want to reach Rome, the train allows it in just under two hours.

Great place
A fantastic few days at Casa Blue. Thank you Guendalina for all your help. The apartment is home from home with so much attention to detail - loved all the art books. The balcony is perfect for a morning coffee and the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed. Orbetello is delightful and has a very local feel - mainly Italians. We explored the Monte Argentario island by bus - there is an ap to buy tickets. Also enjoyed the sunset cocktails from the VW van by the windmill. Perfect!

Perfect location in Orbetello centro
This apartment was perfect for our family of 3. It is in a beautiful building that sits above 2 restaurants and is a 5 minute walk to everything. There is a separate small bedroom with it’s own bath and shower, which was perfect for our 17 year old. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. It has a great little patio where you can enjoy the sounds of Orbetello and the bells ringing throughout each hour. The apartment is well appointed and has everything you need. I would highly recommend!

very nice apartement in the middle of orbetello
Guendalina is a very nice host! She answered our questions very fast and helped with informations. Our short vacation was really nice, expect we had to pay the parking every day new (it was a little bit cumbersome).
