It was recently renovated, it’s a much smaller property than most of the hotels on the island so it was calm and relaxed environment. The only downside is it is a little far from things, but the walk into town wasn’t bad but if you were going much further would recommend a cab.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and centrally located. Despite the name “Voco Surfside,” it isn’t actually beachfront, the beach is across a fairly busy road and about 100 yards away. A nice perk is the partnership with a local beachfront restaurant that provides guests with chairs, loungers, and shade. The restaurant serves good food and offers daily happy hours, though it can get extremely busy and crowded. The free parking was also a plus. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was very nice, well maintained and clean. Food and drinks were great, 10/10. Bartender Luis and the server Angel were so kind. Pool area was peaceful and roomy with many chairs and tables to choose from. The hotel is right across the street from surfside beach which has a good selection of restaurants and shops, quiet but lively. Aside from a small billing dispute, this was a perfect stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Aruba.

The hotel is located in an area near the airport where there isn’t much around to see and restaurant availability is limited. The hotel has been recently renovated and infrastructure isvery well kept, rooms are nice and clean. There’s a big beach bar across the street in music could be heard in our room at night. Breakfast is good. The staff was nice. A good bargain for the price.
