The property is new within the last year. The rooms are aesthetically pleasing and have an outdoor plunge pool/sitting area along with a small fridge, small cook top, dishes, pots and pans. The unit is included with 2 beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, snorkel mask and a couple outdoor toys. The cool pool area is relaxing although the music that plays all day long gets a little monotonous and annoying after awhile. Would recommend turning the volume down a little and/or change up the playlist.

What a gem. Lovely new accommodations just off the main road. Easy to get to and travel to all the sights. I rented a car and parking was included in my stay. The staff was very responsive to any needs and Christopher was an absolute pleasure to meet. Very nice accommodations with a kitchenet, outdoor seating area an awesome plunge pool to cool off after a long day. The bedroom/living area was very accommodating also. I will be staying here again.

Everything was nice on the property. The fridge needed replacement and they did that for us. The hot water wasn’t working and they had us switch rooms which was not ideal but they gave us a credit. Mouse poop was found in our bed but the cleaners took care of things. Overall good response times but there were issues. The room we moved into the cool pool in our room the outdoor lights went out. All Issues were addressed however in a timely manner.

We enjoyed our stay. Would give 5 stars. The property was extremely clean and very accommodating to whatever you need. The people were so very kind. They helped us with getting a car, and places to eat and go. I can’t say enough about my stay. I would totally recommend the Privada Eagle Stays!

IMPECCABLE. The hotel is new and very clean. The room smelled AMAZING. The bathroom is well equipped with shower caps and everything. The kitchen/outside/pool area inside the room was a huge plus. The bedroom is huge. The room comes with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, beach towels, and beach games. They play music all day at the hotel - It’s a VIBE. 10 out of 10 recommend this hotel.

Beautiful & stunning property! Super clean, safe with plenty of parking and close to Eagle Beach, market and restaurants. Loved the decor, outside kitchen, plunge pool and use of free beach chairs, towels and cooler! The staff was amazing and always available to help with anything with only a quick call or text. They reply right away. I also enjoyed the yoga class they offered and pool party w free drinks! I can't say enough about this property the grounds are kept immaculate as well. The owners & staff definitely take care of this property and you could see they pour their love into it! Needless to say I will be returning to Privada Stays.. no need to stay anywhere else in Aruba..

The property was really clean, exactly as advertised, and close to everything. We rented a car and thought this was the perfect way to explore the island and be able to experience all the good cafes and restaurants around, while coming home to a comfortable spot. We also got to experience the kindness from one of the owners, Omar, who stopped along the side of the road after a storm and offered to give us a ride in his personal vehicle and even gave a tour of Noord after we left our vehicle at Privada as we were going to drink on a catamaran excursion that day. It was out of his way for him and we were so appreciative!

We literally had the best trip before check-in to the end. Darren and Gillian were outstanding. I wanted champagne in our room upon arrival and they did not disappoint. The communication and property were 5 stars!! My daughter and I did not want to leave and we are already looking at booking another trip.

The property brand new so love the cleanliness and has everything you need! Your own private plunge pool also amazing! However they charged me smoke deposit and still waiting for that to come back? Never smoked so I am not sure why that charge is there, they reassured it just a hold but it’s been almost week home still on my credit card? Besides that it was an amazing stay!

Read before you book

If you are looking for a secluded holiday with your partner this is a good choice. It is clean and friendly. It is a very quiet location. NOTE: You MUST rent a car if you are staying here. There is nothing around this hotel and you can’t walk to anything. There is no uber in Aruba and booking a taxi is an exercise in patience. It’s about a ten minute drive to the beach. Staff are excellent.

Privada Stays was a very relaxing location! We had a wonderful time. They provided beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkel equipment. The accommodations included a kitchen with dishes, a refrigerator, a stove with a microwave, and a plunge pool. Communication was effective and efficient through the Privada App, and taxis were easily arranged through the app. However, if desired, you could also walk to Eagle Beach (about 15 minutes), Superfoods Grocery (15 minutes), and local restaurants. The only downside was there were no sidewalks, have to walk on the side of the street on the grass or dirt.

We loved the Privada Stays! Firstly though make sure you have the correct address as there are three of them. this is the Privada Stays Eagle. The buildings are D thru G. The Privada offers so much and just blocks from Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. The first check-in is thru the app. They send you a code thru your phone and you enter that way. The room keys are then on the table. The first room provides a kitchen with all utensils but a can opener. Wine opener, towels, soap,microwave, coffee& tea, mugs, electric kettle, fridge, induction burner with pots and pans and plates, bowls cups. They have a small cold pool and two Adirondack chairs in the same outdoor area. A cooler, beach towels and snorkel gear is provided. Once inside your room there is a desk and chair, King size bed, a 7 foot sofa that is easily wider than a twin size bed, a coffee table and big screen tv. the bathroom have plenty of towels, hair dryer, clothes steamer, body wash and shampoo. Outdoors there is a lap pool with comfortable chairs and umbrellas, music plays and Privada offers yoga and cocktail parties. While at one such party we met the owner Chris and his wife Elyssa. Elyssa did all the art work on the property and you can find Chris there daily with his nephews. They truly care about the property. they truly go above and beyond to make all of their guests comfortable. i would hesitate to stay with them again!

Our stay was wonderful here. The property is a 5 minute drive away from the tourist center and beaches, restaurants, grocery store and other attractions. If you’re booking here you will need a car which is what we did and it worked perfectly for us. The stay itself is immaculate and had everything we needed. We thought the beach chairs, snorkels, amongst other amenities were an excellent touch. Beautiful rooms, we will be staying here again next time. Thank you!

Wonderful one week at Privada Stays for my birthday. Had our own personal studio with a mini outdoor kitchen as well a plunge pool to cool off. Huge comfy couch to watch Netflix and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. I loved the rain shower head they included in the shower. Included in your room beach chairs, snorkel gear and beach toys. Bring conditioner because shampoo and shower gel are provided only. By the way the shower gel smelled really good just like mojitos. There is no hand soap by the sink so i used body wash. Before booking I read a few reviews saying there was no hot water in the shower. I can personally say there IS hot water in the shower and it gets extremely hot. No complaints, very happy. Make sure to bring bug repellent because there are alot of mosquitos by the outdoor kitchen. Sadly I forgot and suffered those consequences. Alot of bugs fall into the plunge pool but there is a net provided to clean your pool which was convenient but I was unable to clear some bugs from the bottom of the pool. There is a mini fridge in the outdoor area, not big enough to go grocery shopping. It fit small items like drinks, condiments, hot dogs. The freezer worked well and kept our small liquor bottles chilled. They provided plates, utensils, kitchenware, dish soap and a small sink to wash dishes. The pool area is so beautiful and clean. The pool was so relaxing and quiet. They play music at the pool so no need to bring your own speaker.
