We opted for all inclusive and the food was not very good at all. The excursions were awesome especially the ATV tour and horseback riding.

Free Shuttle Service. Golf village Allows you to eat at Mulligan Cafe, high end cook to over 3 meals. Infixing Poil has top tier pub grub. Cook to order. Water slide. Little cafe in the lobby my package allowed me not to eat at the buffet. $10 taxi into town. Taxi at hotel or they’ll call one for you. Very friendly. Washer, dryer, dishwasher in the room. Huge room broken into sections, but open concept. No shelf in the shower, only missing piece. Not a big deal. Turned over garbage can and usds the top. Housekeeping adddd spread trash bag. Tons of channels I get in the USA.

Arrived at the property - check in took about 30 mins for two rooms . Insane . Next we arrived at both our rooms & one of them smelled like chlorine the other smelled like mildew . The smell hit you as soon as you walked into the room. We called maintenance and housekeeping . They didn’t clean. They changed the bed and clean the bathroom prior to sister found poop on the toilet. They placed a humidifier in the room which was unsafe with a 2 year old . Still didn’t help . They offered to change our room after we found a cockroach . That was a death trap with spiraling stairs and a jacuzzi on the 3rd floor it felt like we would fall off. Absolute not with me being pregnant and a two year old and the room smelled of pizza . The other room they sent us to check - we didn’t walk in . It smelled like mildew . What is Divi doing about ventilation in their rooms ! We got placed in a pent house free of charge, took a shower feet were black LOL nice room but you can tell they don’t care about ventilation . Laundry washer and dryer in room I asked about soap detergent since they had packets but they said oh musta been the other people who stood there . So did house keeping not do their job properly . Staff were rude and they don’t know the ages to do excursions . My niece and sister missed out on an excursion when I asked the guy they said of course it’s safe to bring a child that young and while I was on there it was safe !You are 8 mins away from strip not bad but miss out in activ.

We recently visited this property and paid for all inclusive, our overall Rating and experience very negative. Usually Bar tenders were so rude and bias, just for one drink I have wait 30min even there were 10 guest only. Raised hand and call several times but she did not reply to me. I will not recommend this resort and will not revisit.
