I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed. While the breakfast was reasonable for the price and appreciated as it was included, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The walls were stained and had peeling paint, the ceiling had visible water damage, and the room had a strong, musty odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The carpet felt sticky, which added to the overall feeling of poor hygiene and maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel unless some serious improvements are made, especially in terms of cleanliness and upkeep.

Condition and cleanliness of the premises was terrible. Area seemed very unsafe. Clerks spoke broken and difficult to understand English. After seeing the room I decided not to stay there and found other accommodation in another town. I had to take the loss with $0 refund. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

We chose not to stay at this hotel due to the extremely poor and unsanitary conditions of the room. Although we reserved a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew. There were burn holes in the bedding, unrine stains on the toliet, and pubic hair in the bathroom. All clear signs that the room had not been cleaned properly. The overall environment was dirty and unacceptable, making us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. As a result, we immediately decided to leave and find alternate accommodations. In addition to the unsanitary and unacceptable conditions of the room. The customer service was equally troubling. When we returned to the front desk to request a refund, the man working there told us we should have came back within five minutes if we wanted our money back, something we were never informed of during check-in. He refused to issue a refund despite the condition of the room. We ultimately had to involve the police to try to resolve the situation. Shockingly, the responding officers told us they are frequently called to this property, which only reinforced our decision to leave.

This place is a dump! We reserved a non-smoking room. As soon as we opened the door, stale cigarette smoke hit us in the face. Should have complained but didn't. Had a king size bed and it had 3 throw cushions on it wrapped in king pillow cases. That's it. A light on the wall was broken and coming out of the wall. The bathtub looked horrendus with a bunch of stains. The room just felt dirty to me. Spend a little more money and get a nicer place. Hotels over motels are the way to go.
