White Sands and Good Times

This property was just purchased and is new to the rental market. This unit has never been rented as previous owners used it personally for over 20 years. Due to this fact there are no reviews yet of this property.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a prestigious condominium complex which is located in the heart of Orange Beach & near everything you will need. The many amenities include 2 large beach side outdoor pools, a year round heated indoor pool, gazebo, exercise room, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, deck with picnic tables, several grilling areas, shuffle board, bagged ice machine, security guarded entrance. A club house/meeting room is available with certain restrictions(contact managers office for details).

This is a pristine 3rd floor unit with great views of the Gulf and one of the outdoor pools. It has been upgraded with granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. It has a stacked washer/dryer, designer kitchen cabinets, tile floors throughout, ceiling fans, a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as 2 recliners.

This unit features a king bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bath. In the guest bedroom there is a full size bed and a set of bunk beds and there is a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room with a custom memory foam mattress topper to make it one of the more comfortable sleeper sofas you will ever sleep on. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room, free wifi and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. You will find the kitchen equipped with all the utensils required for you to prepare a gourmet meal. There is ample space for dining at the spacious serving bar and the dining table or enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony. A stacked laundry is conveniently located in the master bedroom. Since this is a 3rd floor unit you can easily take the stairs or of course ride the elevator if you choose. The entry door is equipped with a electronic lock for your convenience. Parking passes must be purchased upon your arrival from the guard shack. You are allowed two cars on the property.

This great location is near restaurants, fishing, marinas, shopping, parks, numerous family oriented activities and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east its a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, FL where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels). Its a 1 hour drive west to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. From Mobile, its a short drive west to Biloxi, MS where you may visit several casinos.

This complex provides the best quality beach vacation you will find and it is desirable any season the year. So come on down to the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast.

Great trip

Our stay was great. Comfortable beds and great showers/water pressure which are the most important to me since we spend most of our time outside by the pool or beach. Plenty of utensils, pots and pans, etc. You are given a roll of paper towels and a roll of TP per bathroom which is typical when you rent. I always bring plenty so that’s a non issue. Grounds were well kept, clean and actually very pretty. It is a kid friendly property so if you aren’t keen on hearing lots of children splashing and screaming and running around, might want to consider that. I would assume most places on the beach are though. Again, non issue for us. Communication was 5 star. Owners are quick to respond to any questions. All in all, I would rent this unit again.

We loved the proximity to the beach. It had a nice swimming pool with landscaped grounds, and a nice deck. Owner provides bare minimum on supplies. If staying more than a day or two, bring toilet paper, soap for shower , dishwasher soap, etc.

Condo was missing a lot of necessities. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people! One garbage bag for 3 days of garbage, no coffee filters, not even salt/pepper! Very old beddings.

Overall our vacation went well. Our unit is probably due for a renovation or at least a deep clean. It worked for what we needed, but visiting our other families condos in the same building, there was a stark difference with ours. Also, the most frustrating part was the constant breakdowns of the elevators. They need to look into other options where pressing the wrong buttons or too many are not going to cause it to shut down. They were closed down at least once per day. My 75 year old in laws were on the 9th floor and had a difficult time when they had to walk.

Perfect Vacation

This unit is exactly as pictured. It is a Great Condo located steps away from the Gulf shore! The amenities at the complex are very nice! The unit is nicely stocked with very nice kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plateware and bowls for storage and mixing. I do not cook while on vacation but did peek in the cabinets so I could speak of them in my review. The beds are very comfortable! The shower is Incredible. So much so we are buying a showerhead just like it! Great balcony! The location is Fantastic! Within a short Drive you can be in Gulf Shores, Foley, or Pensacola! We will definitely be booking again for future vacations!
