The condo was beautiful and clean, everything works, and beds were comfortable! Right by elevator and surprisingly not a lot of noise coming in the rooms.

Very nice unit. Large master suite. Comfortable bed. Well appointed kitchen. Covered parking, close to entrance. (Condo does need more luggage carts 🛒 for loading and unloading).

Friends Wedding Trip
Sofa beds were terribly uncomfortable. Put mattresses on floor and purchased air mattress to finish stay. Had to purchase trash bags and toilet paper. Under impression those were available. Everything else was fine. Property was clean and comfortable, otherwise. Check in process via guardhouse was not as smooth as should have been. Made need to look into.

We have been staying at the Caribe for 9 years and this was the worst yet. The ice maker didn’t work in either freezer and we took cold showers! There was cracks in the drywall and condensation dripping from the vents. Very disappointed considering this has been like a second home for us.

Good overall experience
We have stayed at Caribe many times but this was first time booking directly with the resort. Will definitely do it again! Made everything much easier. Only complaint was that we didn't have enough bedding. Plenty of sheets, but definitely not enough blankets and pillows to cover all the beds.
