***Exciting News at Turquoise Place!! They are building a parking garage and a new amenity deck!  This will include Onsite overflow parking, 300 - foot Water Slide, Putting Green, and an Outdoor Movie Area. In addition to this they are building a Splash Pad area and Electric Car Charging Station.

The estimated completion date is March 2024, weather permitting. During the construction phase of this project, guests can expect loud noises, visually unappealing construction debris/ barriers/ obstacles around the site, and possible closures of sections of the C Tower parking garage. Due to this project, the C Tower outdoor pool is currently closed until further notice, due to the potential of falling construction debris. This is for the safety of the guests. The main outdoor pool is open!***

Your dream vacation awaits at this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath gulf front condo at Turquoise Place in Orange Beach, Alabama!

Inside this condo you will find beautiful furnishings that are comfortable and relaxing!!

The supersized master bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico through towering floor to ceiling glass windows and doors! You can also access the gulf front deck from the master suite. A king sized bed is found in the master suite along with the largest jacuzzi tub ever and a separate walk in shower. The all tile walk in shower has a seat and features all Hans Grohe plumbing fixtures including a rain head and body jets. The bathroom vanity is granite with two sinks and plenty of counter space.

The living room area also has gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico and sugar white beaches through floor to ceiling glass windows and doors. Plenty of comfortable seating is found here plus a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace.

The dining room seats up to 8 people with 5 additional seats found at the kitchen bar.

The kitchen features everything you need to cook and serve wonderful homemade beach meals, including: a SubZero fridge; Wolf oven with microwave; Wolf 5-burner gas cooktop; and kitchenaid dishwasher.

The laundry room features a full sized washer and dryer and a utility sink.

The first guest bedroom features a king sized bed, private bath with jetted tub, and closet. The second guest bedroom has two queen sized beds and two twin Murphy-style beds, private bath with walk in shower, and a closet.

A queen sized Murphy bed is found in the great room.

A guest bath is found in the hallway. The condo also features a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer and utility sink.

Tourquoise Place never disappoints! We’ve stayed there for the last 2 yrs in different units! This one is high up and close to elevators Kids stayed glued to the water slide and pool! Adults loved lazy River and beach! Not crowded at all and not so picky where u put your chairs and umbrella like so many places! No steps on the boardwalk!Could have used more towels though! Teens loved the hot tub on balcony! Very easy ck in and parking! Close to all restrooms we love!This unit has a nice Murphy bed and it’s full size!

Getaway before school starting

First time to Orange Beach. Accommodations were as described. Great ocean view and beach. Clean comfortable space and seating for family. Balcony is large with hot tub maintained daily. Would definitely consider returning again.

We had a fantastic time on our trip! The condo was a perfect size for the group we had. The kitchen was stocked with every thing we needed (utilities) to cook breakfast, lunches, and the dinners when we chose to stay in. I loved having a full sized laundry room as well. It was a great place to store our wagon & chairs when we weren’t down at the beach. Overall an amazing place to stay!

An Amazing Family Gathering

Would recommend this property and plan to stay again. So roomy for the ten of us. The amenities for winter beaching surpasses all of the other places we have stayed. I felt so comfortable with the care of the hot tub. The technician came in daily to check the water. That gave me great security of the safety of using the tub. We hope to return again.

1st day upon arrival master toilet blocked. Day 2 dryer won't start. Day 4 hood vent and light won't shut off. Aquatic staff coming in when family in shower. They come in every day. This shouldn't happen!

Our stay at Turquoise Place C1103 definitely had its ups and down, and not sure if I would chose the Turquoise Place property again. I understand the agreement says we could not access the use of property (pool, hot tub, sauna etc) before check-in, but we just asked to park and sit. We were told no. We had already drove around and went to eat lunch.Two days into our six-night stay, the master shower handle broke. Maintenance came the next day but couldn’t fix it, and a plumber came the following day and still couldn’t repair it. This was inconvenience, but I didn’t complain or ask to be moved.The hot tub maintenance also caused issues. The hot tub guy came daily sometime between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., and several times walked in while we were resting without us knowing ahead of time. The plumber also entered while we were getting ready and not dressed. I recommend texting guests a small time window before entering and installing a loud doorbell to alert guests.On the day before our last day, the hot tub was closed and locked, cause they said it was unsafe even though it was checked daily and had only been my husband and me using it responsibly with no food or drinks. This was disappointing since the hot tub and shower were the main reasons I chose this condo.

What an excellent choice! There were 6 of us staying for 5 days and not one time did we feel like we were on top of each other. My husband is on a walker and this Condo was perfect for him! The location is also perfect! 11th floor right by the elevator and the trash chute! Parking space was also in a perfect place for someone being handicap! We were able to park, walk right in to the elevators with no problems! The main bath had a built-in seat with a hand wand for someone who can't stand up to take a shower. If you have someone who is handicap this unit is perfect!!!! Don't hesitate to rent this unit!!!

A wonderful time to Remember

My six sisters and my brother were looking for a place on the beach to get together for a siblings reunion. One of my sisters always had suggested going to Orange Beach based on suggestions from her clients. Started searching for a place and this is what I based it on (eight adults): Square footage - Excellent!! Needed the space with 8 adults. Bathrooms and Bedrooms - Excellent!! 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Plus a half bath - Outstanding!! Living area and kitchen - Excellent!! So much room but the creme de la creme was the patio and beach. If you are thinking about going, I highly recommend Turquoise Place and this unit if it is available. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful place with us. We remember this vacation! Nothing but GREAT TIMES!!

Several issues. Asked for a little earlier check in weeks ahead of arrival . was told could not guarantee but would try made several .calls told would try no guarantee. did not happen in addition we did not get a message untilll 4:15 pm. got to room hot tub was marked closed do not use. next day non english speaking came to room to clean and make hot tub work , well it never worked could not get temp over 86 degrees. so in summary no hot tub ,which was on our list to enjoy. Called office several times and there was no one to answer phone . The location not worth the price. customer service is not high on the agenda . Would like a slight refund for services not provided.

Excellent condo and parking

The condo was even more than we expected. The grill and hot tub on the balcony was great with the ocean front view. All the beds were comfortable as well. It’s an excellent location from everything in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Pensacola. Also, the parking place is right by the elevator and the condo is the first one off the elevator too!! Definitely will stay here again!!
