This spacious & coastal furnished condo provides the perfect getaway experience for any family, friend group, or corporate retreat. The living room and dining room create panoramic breathtaking views of the beach & the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also has a pull-out Queen sofa sleeper.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large, double door, stainless steel refrigerator, and freezer combo, stacked microwave and oven, a sleek stovetop range, toaster, and coffee maker. Mix up drinks from the wet bar that features an ice maker, blender, and wine cooler. Step out onto the oversized private balcony & cook dinner on the stainless steel grill, then end the night by slipping into your private hot tub with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

This property was gorgeous and exactly as described. There were plentiful amenities in the unit and the large balcony with spectacular beach view was perfection. Parking was extremely easy and convenient as well. This was a fantastic vacation and I hope to always be able to get this same unit in the future!!

The condo is very nice. However, we didn’t find out until a couple of weeks prior to our arrival that the breakfast, children’s activities and games offered at Turquoise Place are not included for people who do not rent directly thru Spectrum. Also, the people at the check-in desk were almost rude that we got an email telling us we could check in an hour early and they had not been notified. Our kitchen faucet leaked and it took until Thurs. (reported Mon.) for someone to come from Caribe to fix. If you called the front desk for anything their answer was you will have to go thru who you rented thru. Felt like a stepchild! I think all amenities of a condo should be available to all who use the facility! All amenities and “lounges” should be included in everyone’s rental price.

The condo was very nice. However the hot tub was not serviced when we arrived Thursday. They finally serviced it Saturday and had to drain it and clean it out. We were able to use it Saturday evening. The microwave oven wasn’t working properly. It was arcing inside so we didn’t use it. Called maintenance but never back from anyone. Overall we had a great time.

AMAZING!

This is our 3rd stay here at this Property not this specific unit but it's hands down our favorite place to stay. So many amenities that make your stay so enjoyable. The condo was absolutley gorgeous. We loved everything about our stay!

Great condo with lots of room for 4 adults and 4 kids.It a few more containers in kitchen with lids for storing food. Hair dryer in master bath did not work but otherwise everything was great

Awesome condo.

This is a great condo. Great view. Huge balcony with hot tub. Very spacious. Perfect size for my family of 9. We enjoyed our time in Orange Beach. Turquoise Place is awesome. Once you check in you don’t need to leave. They have it all, hot tub, jacuzzi tub, lazy river, beach, splash pad, water slide, bar and grill, etc. Few suggestions for owner ( not included in review) -a condo this size needs more towels -hand soap in bathrooms -tile around hot tub is very slice -pots and some dishes were put away dirty

Turquoise with grandkids

We had the best getaway at Turquoise!! We had our kids and 3 grandchildren and we did it all! Lazy River, beach indoor and outdoor pools, putting green, water slide, exercise room, sauna! The days went by much too quickly! We ate all of our meals in and loved the convenience of the grill and had all of the utensils we needed! Only downside was our hot tub on the deck wasn’t working.

Great weekend away

It was our first time staying in the Turquoise and in Orange beach. Our family had a great time, despite cooler weather. The indoor pool was a huge hit and the beach is very convenient to get to. The condo, itself, was very clean and had a great beach view. The only thing that we had to adjust to was the jacuzzi tub ‘cleaning’ cycle, but we quickly figured out that closing the master bath door quieted the noise enough to not wake us at night. 5 stars all around. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great place for the whole family!

Our family, including us, our two kids, their spouses and our five grandkids (!) had a fantastic stay! The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated while still feeling like a comfortable place to relax and enjoy each other! We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues which were quickly addressed by the owner! It was our first time at The Turquoise and the amenities were (as my 9-year-old grandson kept saying) “top notch!” (Sidenote: September on the Gulf Coast is just the best!)

Perfect multifamily beach getaway

We had four adults and three children (20, 19, and 15). The condo is absolutely perfect. It's on the pricier side, but we had 7 people stay comfortably. The first day it rained and we were not cramped in the condo or on the balcony. The condo has an indoor pool, saunas, workout room. Outside is the pool, a lazy river, and the beach. Our unit had a hot tub and dining seating on the balcony. There were two loungers too! A grill on the balcony, although we didn't use it. Top of the line appliances in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and were able to relax. I do wish beach chairs (2) with the umbrella was included in the cost of the condo, but that's it.

Everything was great except there was broken glass on the floor behind the master bedroom door. I swept it up but there were still tiny bits left. We were careful of the area and it did not cause any problems. Overall we love staying at Turquoise Place!

Great location, great condo! The kids room with bunks and full beds was perfect!

Overall, great experience. Well managed condo, all the amenities we could need! Easy grocery store access and all the restaurants and shopping anyone would want! Beach chair service was simple and easy! 5 stars!
