Perfect location
Our party included 6 adults & 5 children ages 12 yr to 8 mon. The condo was perfect! Very spacious living & kitchen area. The balcony was ideal for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening as boats passed below. We utilized 2 slips. Only complaints: no one shared that there wasn’t a boat launch on the premises so we had to go to Cotton’s Landing. The pocket doors on the bunk room kept trying to come off tracks; thankfully our men are tall & could fix. The elevator was naturally slow during busier hours but one of the 4 was out for a while which made things a little more congested.Overall, there are so many more positives to outweigh any issues!!

We had an amazing time at this condo. The views were awesome. We loved watching the dolphins right from the balcony. The condo was very clean and fit 2 families very comfortably. We would reccommend to anyone.

Property and amenities were grestThe unit needs a thorough deep cleaning and a few updates to bed&bedding. We had to wait an extra hour to checking because the unit was not ready and when we checked it s wasn't ready. There was trash on the floors, dirt on corners hair on bathrooms very unsanitary. Outside refrigerator dirty and under refrigerator has a buildup ug dirt sand trash.

Great location and property was really nice.
Our unit fit our group of 11 just fine. The huge balcony was awesome. Had all the amenities we needed. Be sure to bring your own laundry soap, hand soap, extra bath towels, garbage bags, paper towel, toilet paper—as the welcome supply of these things is just to get by the first day. I would recommend this property.

Family Vacation
We have large family 11 adults and three children. We absolutely loved the condo and there was plenty of room for everyone. The condo had very nice amenities. We cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo and ate dinner out. Everything that we needed was provided in the kitchen as far as tools. We are already planning to come back next summer.
