Maintenance Issues

Condo was just okay. It was clean and tastefully decorated but rather small. Great balcony furniture. We reported a toilet issue within 15 minutes of arrival and it was not repaired until 48 hours later which was very frustrating. Plunging is not something 4 ladies want to do on vacation! We would have preferred to have a door combo or card entry versus 2 single keys (no key chain) to keep up with. Master BR mattress is very firm (not old just realllly firm) as previous reviewers have stated. Beach was super crowded so I'll choose another building for my next trip to OB.

Master bedroom mattress is horrible. Large dips on each side and squeaks with any movement. The couch is just as poor. Both sliding screen doors need to be replaced and won’t stay on track. The unit was clean and kitchen was nice and fully equipped.

Wonderful and relaxing

This condo is prefect for two couples. The balcony is large with comfortable chairs. The decor is lovely. The only problem was the king size bed, the mattress has a dip in the middle that caused the people in it to roll towards the middle. Was very uncomfortable and difficult to get out of. Other than that everything else was Great.
