Condo overall quality needs some attention!

For the cost of this condo, I was expecting better quality. Living room rug is disgusting, TP holder in bathroom is all rusted, AC unit did not work properly so we stayed hot (75 degrees) Overall I’d rate the condo at 2 stars. It reminded me of cheap hotel quality. It was clean, otherwise it’d get just 1. Awesome water view! We won’t stay at this condo again but will definitely be back to OBA!

Nice place

Loved everything except for spotty Wi-Fi and tv not being able to view regular channels. Couldn't figure out bedroom tv. Had 4 remotes and I gave up trying.

The view is better than the pictures! We spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at the water. The room was clean and the kitchen had plenty of things to cook with. The tile in the main living room looks dirty, but it was clean. It was frustrating that we didn't know you wouldn't provide beach towels, 1 roll of tp, 1 use of dishwashing detergent , etc until after we booked. There wasn't even soap to wash dishes. If we had flown we wouldn't have been able to bring any of those things. A suggestion would be to have beach chairs to use or check out. Otherwise you pay $40 for 2 chairs and umbrella. This listing is at Phoenix East 2 and the public space including the lobby was dirty. The windows in the elevator were disgusting. I think the owners would want to know this. We would book again.

Great fit for a small family

We loved this one bedroom condo in Orange Beach. Everything looked just like the photos. The kitchen feels new and there was room for four at the breakfast table. Amazing views from the balcony. Would definitely book again for a short get-a-way!

Valentine getaway

It was a very nice weekend. The only issue we had was where the room was located, it formed a wind tunnel and it was a windy weekend so it was very loud. But that is no one's fault.
